My husband and I have travel a lot and can say that The Nobu hotel Marrakech have something special, Moroccan philosophy and hospitality mixed with the Nobu hotel culture is a plus. The guest service is top , the concierge team, the drivers, they are fantastic, they always are anticipated for everything. It is just five minutes from La Medina, but its rooftop and atmosphere is perfect for disconnecting from the city during the afternoon at the pool or having a cocktail at night with privileged views. The room was also great and the breakfast was very tasty with food also typical of Morocco. They also have a catalog of experiences to make the stay very enjoyable, the balloon experience to see the sunrise is a must. We will return.

This place is a complete and total disaster. It's not even a Nobu, other than in name. It's an outdated, disgusting, disorganized excuse for a hotel, with the most unresponsive and unprofessional staff I've encountered anywhere on planet earth, at least at the luxury price point. This place is run like a Motel 6 in remote Nevada. Nobody cares. No one is accountable. And you can't be certain that you'll leave with your health still intact. I agree fully with other reviews: DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was the single WORST hotel experience of all time. Problematic booking online. Gross incompetence and unprofessionalism bordering on hostility from senior staff. Filthy, outdated rooms. Inedible food. Constant noise at night, making it impossible to sleep. This place should be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This is a criminal enterprise pretending to be a hotel. The rooms are filthy and disgusting. The noise is interminable. The staff is h professional, bordering on hostile. And the food and services are terrible. Do not stay here under any circumstances. You’d be better off sleeping in a garbage dump.

We stayed for 2 nights in august. the hotel itself is gorgeous, beautiful decor, we were welcomed with a hot glass of tea and our room was ready to check in early. Staff our wonderful. Our room was huge and so clean, we had some welcome biscuits and a cake as it was our anniversary. The rooftop terrace and pool area is stunning you can see for miles, there was alot of building work going on but we didnt mind and it didnt interrupt our stay. The food is soooooo delicious we ate in the roof top garden at lunchtime , the tuna and truffle pasta is a must try ;-) our waiter Abdelghani was so helpful and happy, they had a dj around the pool each day playing nice chilled dance music which we loved. One thing to mention we loved the man playing live music at breakfast time that weas a really nice touch. Highly recommend for couples or friends not for children. Really disappointing stay. Our twin room was a double on arrival and couldn’t be changed until the next morning. Really poor quality of service from the reception team with bags being put away snd nobody knowing where they were etc. Rude and unhelpful when issues arose. Definitely not 5star and wouldn’t stay there again. Very disappointing overall.

What an unbelievable transformation. We have been coming here for many years. Since it was a Delano hotel. This refurbishment is second to none. Location right in the Hivernage area which can’t be beaten. The hotel has been taken up a level. From the breakfast to the roof terrace. Which I found to be the biggest improvement. Late vibes and it was packed. I remember when it used to be empty. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the rooms are a lot more expensive now. But simply fantastic. We will be returning. Only complaint is the AC has never worked well. In 40+ temperatures can be a problem.

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel but this is only a small part of the whole experience. The staff here is what shines the most as they simply cannot do enough for you. My friend was unwell and Adnan (who headed up breakfast) not only brought her a traditional remedy, he also organised for someone to go to a pharmacist to get what she needed. I travel often and not many hotels would do this. This service is mirrored all over the hotel where each staff member cares about whether you have everything you need. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and happy to be providing everything you might want. Helping Adnan were Azim, Mouatssim and Najib (thanks to Imad for the eggs). The pool area is beautifully presented and staff around the pool are constantly looking around to ensure you have what you need. Similarly, the staff at the restaurant up there were also motivated to provide excellent service. I have separately provided a review about the excellent food. Someone who went above and beyond was Tariq who is exceptional, not only helping us within his remit, but also reached out to other areas to provide excellent service and just the friendliest demeanour.…
