If you are looking for a great place to stay in Marrakesh, then this has to be it. Being a riad, you get a real flavour of Morocco that you'd never get in a hotel. This one is in easy walking distance of several of the attractions in the medina (the palaces and the tombs), and also only a short... More

Loved the decor, shaded courtyards, sun terraces with relaxing beds. I travelled with a friend and we had interconnecting rooms with a tiny courtyard in between. The staff were lovely, particularly Hyatt, she made me feel like a long lost friend. The local toiletries the rose petals and poems left each night were a lovely touch. The only downside was... I stayed here on Christmas day 2015, before going on an 8 day bicycle tour of Morocco. I was warmly welcomed by the concierge Hayat, I felt like a long lost family member coming home. This is a small Riad with only 9 rooms/suites, they have a spa, a hammam, and a rooftop pool. It was too cold (on Dec... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with others. We are delighted that you enjoyed staying with us. Thank you also for mentioning the toiletries, which we have developed with a Moroccan PhD in natural healing--they are all natural, based on argan oil with essential oils. We are also glad that you liked your breakfast.... More

What a beautiful place to stay, it is decorated with a traditional Moroccan feel. Also very friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. The room was amazing and kept clean and tidy every day for us. Only a 5 minute walk from the main square but it is a peaceful and quiet area of the old town, ideal location.... More

From the moment we arrived (please take advantage of the Riads Taxi option, you'll have difficuly finding it otherwise) our stay in Marrakech was all we hoped it would be and more. As other reviewers have said this is an oasis of calm only a short walk away from the main square. Hyatt (apologies if incorrect spelling) went above and... More

First, the building. It's old, it's inside the Medina, the ancient centre of Marrakech. It was apparently built to house a harem and, if so, must have been perfect. With the full on hustle and bustle of the Medina right outside the walls, it's still quite, calm (more on this shortly) and exquisitely beautiful. It has patina, there are small,... More

Take a 2 mi ute walk down a busy market place and you will find this hidden gem!! What a wonderful amazing place from the second we arrived Hyatt could not do enough to help us at this friendly riad!! We stayed in a suite for a whirlwind 24 hour trip and I was a lovely room with our own... More

I got back this weekend after a 3 day break in Marakech. My wife couldn't come with me so my mate Phil came along as well. So many highlights - the souks, the square, the Atlas Mountains, the Kasbah, Medina. But by far and away the biggest treat was the Riad Kaiss team and their lovely atmospheric hotel. Firstly Hyatt... Absolutely perfect. Hayat the Manager could not have been more hospitable. Rooms clean, fresh and of a traditional Moroccan style. The photos don't do it justice! Perfect location in the old town and within 5 mins walk of the main square.

I travelled with my partner for a 4 night stay for our anniversary. We pre-booked the transfer through the website. On arrival we were greeted like old friends by the wonderful manager Hayat. Mint tea and cake were served while we were checked in. We had requested room 8 after previous reviewers recommended and it was everything we could have... More
