Well I was told I get breakfast included upon arrival I was told this was not the case. I booked this hotel for more money than other similar ones and further from Medina for the sole reason of having exercise facilities. I even confirmed this with the staff to ensure they had a treadmill and upon arrival I was told...

To start of with, the hotel is pretty small and tacky. For the price you pay you would expect it to be a bit more fancy. The bathrooms are not great. No shower gel or shampoo provided. Hardly any towels were given. The Hotel looks very old with a dodgy lift. We paid for full board and regretted it big...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week. Have stayed before and made to feel so welcome. The staff were outstanding, friendly, polite and very helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast and dinner very tasty. For anyone wanted a nice base to explore the magical city of Marrakesh this hotel is for you. You will. Or...

We had a fabulous stay at Nassim Hotel. Bedrooms and bathrooms were cleaned meticulously each day. The staff (particularly the bar staff) were exceptionally friendly and very welcoming. Being new to the city this was greatly appreciated. An excellent location, walking distance to the markets, shopping centres, gardens etc. Undoubtedly with having such a central location makes the roadside rooms...

Excellent hotel and location. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Stayed here with a group of 4 friends and the hotel is right in the heart of the city centre only 10 minutes by foot from the local kfc and pizza and 30 minutes from the medina Jma el Fna which is the local market. Would highly recommend the day...

Good location. All the shops are within walking distance. Around 20-30 minute walk to the Koutoubia Mosque. Room was clean, but some of the furniture was a bit dated. Bathroom taps and fittings were old and had lost there colour. Room was cleaned everyday no problems. Only English channel is BBC world on the TV. Breakfast just isn't worth it....

We stayed for 4 days at this very central Hotel in Feb/March 2016 - room 209 overlooking the main road - large, clean and comfortable. What was missing? - a working fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and an iron. These negatives didn't put us off - just small tweeks. The hairdryer was from the 70's - square one attached to bathroom...

8 of us stayed at Nassim Hotel in November 2015 for a 30th B’day get away. As there was so many of us staying we requested that the rooms were close to each other and that we required transfers to and from the airport and all requests were made without any problems. Great star! Arrival to the hotel all was...

I was pleased to learn that in general, you found our services to your satisfaction. However, we have noted some minor shortcomings relative to : -The AC: in fact we switched to hot and we can't switch back to cold whitout following a process of about 24 hours. Please note that your stay was in november and at this period...
