I brought 20 friends here for my 50th birthday. Great hotel with friendly staff, great welcome and good food. All built in traditional style with loads of character. Pool area really beautiful Very relaxing.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my Dad & Brother as part of a lastminute package. On arrival we were told our room was not ready and had to return in a couple of hours however the staff also demanded we pay several extra payments without explaining what these were for and was also very rude. Once we did get...

I went with 3 other friends with a ''last minute'' deal, it was low season and the hotel was pretty empty maybe 50 or 80 people in total (I love it when there's no so many people) the beds are to die for! I had a great sleep, the seemed like clouds! the service was pretty good, the people was really...

We have just returned from staying at this hotel for a week. The hotel has potential and Im sure it looked lovely many years ago. It wouldn't be that hard to bring it up to standards. Needs new carpets (hotel room carpets stained and not clean), hallway carpets not good either. The whole hotel needs painting...otherwise beautiful..shame its going down...

I can't begin to catalogue all the ways in which this was a terrible place to stay. Probably the best representation of how this place runs: We had a leaking roof in the bedroom, the reception staff couldn't understand why this was an issue, we had to argue to get another room, and when no rooms were apparently available, we...

This used to be a lovely hotel in Marrakech but it has gone way downhill. I stayed here in 2003 and it was charming and lovely. Now it still has good bones but it doesn't seem anyone really cares about it. It is shabby and worn but reasonably priced. The breakfast is very mediocre. The pillows are lumpy and the...

600 dirhams for 4 people including breakfast. We moved here from the Semiramis across the road. Better room and staff. Not 4 star but comfortable and clean. Pool is great. Our room was on the ground floor and had a courtyard into the gardens.

The cost of the hotel and flight for a family of 5 was very good - or so we thought at the time of booking. So, having checked reviews, we thought we would just dive in. We went with our friends - a family of 3, and the group had a mixture of teenagers, young children and adults. The hotel...

I've been to 3 * hotels before but this hotel was absolutely terrible. The deco outside and hall way is nice. The first room we got given was stinking of damp and had stains all over the floor. We moved and the second room smelt better but still could smell mild dampness the room was dusty and unkept. On the...
