We went during the first week of Easter for a family break, it has been so far the worst holiday experience we have ever had: - the staff, especially the waiters are very child unfriendly, infact they hate children. I have never been to a place where they have reacted badly to kids, but the staff at this hotel have....

I stayed at this hotel in june. Hot weather of toronto makes the large swimming pool feel like heaven on earth. The hotel is big and I enjoyed walking around. It was ramadan at the time so it was almost empty. I am a moroccan native living abroad and the thing that i didn't like in the whole trip is...

We arrived hot and bothered - but within minutes were shown to a beautiful room to relax. I must admit I read the negatives and thought oops! However, this is a superb hotel, run by exceptionally caring staff who could not do enough for us - this was from Reception, who solved any little thing, to the lovely chamber maids...

Although the staff are much friendlier than other reviews make out the food is worse than disgusting! We got half board and half of the nights were here the buffet restaurant was closed so we had to eat in the smaller restaurant and were given two options - both vile, for each meal part. For the mains you will get...

As someone who has spent many years travelling and to many destinations, this was the worst I have ever experienced. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The facilities are not as advertised ie tennis courts look like a building site, there is no air con in the hotel - or at least working, the gym has about 2 pieces of...

Upon arriving to 'Le' worst hotel that I have ever stepped foot in, I encountered RUDE staff member number 1 then this followed on by a very arrogant guy taking money for the country's nightly tax charge. After a forgiving bad start I entered the room at the end of a huge dark landing. Prior passing Grubby carpets and the...

First time in Marrakesh and we stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. One reception staff in particular was very helpful and answered every question we had. The hotel has good facilities, the wifi strength was good from my room on the 2nd floor. If there is any room...

We stayed here last summer, not been to Morocco before and upon arrival we was greeted by some what rude staff. Harassed by local taxis outside the hotel and a random local who offered to take us around the country and show us the best parts of Morocco including popular locations ... she claimed to be a tour guide. The...

The hotel has a large, Lovely pool. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities you need (satellite flatscreen TV, AC, safebox and hair dryer). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food choices are limited but I guess you can't have it all for rock bottom prices.
