Maybe not ideal, but this hotel definitely stands from the crowd of city hotels in Gueliz (one of the modern parts of Marrakech). It's a huge property, with even bigger and beautiful green garden, restricted access and parking inside the boundaries. The rooms are really spacious, clean and comfortable, and you can really feel as a special guest there. My only little problem was with the curtains in my room that looked like after a lion attack (not allowing me to close them completely and allowing the Sun to wake me up early), but apart from that the only distraction was some unknown to me bird species that didn't want to sleep until after midnight. Other than that this place is amazingly quiet and gives you a great night sleep. WiFi is not great, but does the job. The parking is big and you can always have a place there - no matter how late you arrive. The hotel is easily accessible by car - only the last 150 m are some not very well paved street, but nothing to be worried about.

we've just returned from the worst hotel ever, as soon as me and my boyfreind checked in they said we had the wrong code and refused to accept all the other evidence we'd booked the room, causing us to spend all our money on purchasing the room again, the staff were rude, un-helpful, and caused most of our stress, over charging us for food and drinks we didn't order, and chucking the change at my boyfreind. the room was basic and old. This was NOT a 4 star hotel.

This is a Hotel that was probably amazing on its heyday. Nowadays it's looking a bit tired. Although the hotel is clearly due for a refit, it is kept clean and is well equipped. Staff are a little relaxed, but friendly and attentive. The generally worn and tired appearance of the hotel is probably why rooms are available at very reasonable rates. Given that rooms are spacious and that the hotel has good facilities and staff it represents something of a bargain. Perfect for a bargain break in Marrakech if you want to relax by the pool and don't want to spend every day in the souk.

We came 4 of us to this hotel Sunday night (early morning). Night receptionist has seen that my mother is on a wheelchair and she cannot walk very well. He gave us a room on the floor where was not lift. He said the room is quite big. Ok. I took a wheelchair and transfers to my mother room. So every time we left the room or coming back. I have to take a wheelchair and move the first wheelchair and then my mother. After staying 3 days in this hotel, another receptionist called me on the room phone and I've been informed that we have to move to another room on the second floor which was in a different wing with lift. Ok. They left me to move everything to the new rooms without helping me. Absolutely horrible people with no feeling and lazy. Breakfast every day the same food. Omelettes and bread nothing else. No choice at all. If you have a baby and you need a kettle to boil some water you have no chance. You need to pay 20 DH OR 2EURO for boiling water. Disgusting. I told them in Europe is a kettle everywhere, the DM told this hotel is cheap not like Europe. Which is not true. Pls, avoid this hotel. Dinner charging 190 DH per person. If this is cheap I am the King.

We were there for three nights. I booked a room for a couple but upon arrival I was given a three beds room. Furnitures in the room were dated. AC didn’t work properly and it was hard to sleep. Not much of a option for vegetarians. How ever beautiful garden and a grand pool.
