This hotel is for French people. The reception staff come across unhelpful but I think this is due to the communication barrier. The hotel states it is a 5 star but it isn't, not to britains standards. More like a very medium four star hotel. Personally I wish I chose another hotel for my weeks stay. After reading some of...

We were happy with the room overlooking the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a night mare lots of people not enough tables being cleaned quick enough. The hotel is clean and actually a pleasant place for its price. The location is ok a long walk to the markets. If I went back I would spend a bit more and...

The swimming pool is gorgeous with large glass doors overlooking the hotel's beautiful garden; HOWEVER, its maintenance is awful! The smell of chlorine invades the entire room. The water burned our eyes and reduced our bathing suits to an almost translucid material. The products used to keep the pool clean and filtered are clearly not well measured. It is such...

I have been here in march 2010, when there were not so many guests and everything was great. When I came back in august 2011 (high season) it wasn't very good, especially breakfast was very bad and the service at breakfast chaotic and rude.

This hotel in my opinion is very mixed. Grounds, eating areas, bar and receptions are lovely. Pool is well maintained and all garden staff, waiters, bar staff are polite, helpful and keen to help. The reception staff on the other hand are the complete opposite. They are arrogant, rude and downright obstructive. You do better if you french but still...

If you are reading this you have explored too far already, turn around, take a breath and find a beautiful Riyadh in the Medina or at least The Novatel or Sofitel and forget that you ever stumbled across this travesty of a Faux-tel. Your most basic needs from a hotel on holiday are a clean functional room, decent food, warm...

Advertised as 5 stars this place was past its prime and not very clean. The room's window did not lock (the lock had been damaged with force) and they thought we were crazy to want one that did. Staff not terribly friendly, perhaps a bit overworked. Waiters at the restaurant took money for bottled water we purchased and then charged...

The room had not been cleaned by the cleaner as well when all the other rooms on the floor had been cleaned she stated she 'thought we were asleep' The hotel management did not...

My wife and I stayed here from 1st to 5th June 2012. As I should have probably expected the hotel is approx 90% French. There were probably a couple of english guests here. This is not a problem in itself as I love France and go regularly. However, the Moroccan staff speak mainly French and when dealing with us we...

i had a lovely stay at the Kenzi Farah hotel, it's not too far out from the old town (about a 10 minuite walk) so location is good. The pool area is lovely as is the hotel in general, but it is not 5 star, I'd say a 4 star. I was lucky enough to get a good rate so...
