Spread out over a large area, the Sofitel is a very beautiful place. Rooms have everything you need. Clean , comfortable and well equipped. Our balcony overlooked the Atlas Mountains. 3 pools and a spa. The breakfast and lunch buffets were superb, perhaps the best I've ever been to. Good coffee, which seems to be unusual for Moroccan hotels. I... More

Really beautiful hotel with a Nice swimmingpool and dining area. Staff is friendly and ready to help where possible. Would recommend the hotel for holidays or business. Even with bad weather still enough to do.

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel. I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 more for the location than the hotel as it is in a part of Marrakech that quite honestly reminded me of Las Vegas or Beverly Hills more than anything else, and there isn't much to do within walking distance. A taxi or car is required to... More

We stayed here 10-OCT-2016 to 15-OCT-2016. We were scheduled to stay only 5 nights but we added another night because we really enjoyed it. Ahmed Defaa the Executive Chef was phenomenal and very helpful. We enjoyed talking to him. They really cater to all of your wishes. The pool area was great and we loved the layout. NO little plastic... More

We stayed 2 nights in October 2016. We arrived tired, We had already checked in online supposedly to save time and have our room keys with the Concierge. However, we were told to sit and wait. Not a good start. We eventually got our room, Dropped our bags and made for the main restaurant, Orangerie. The service was poor, seemed... More

The only redeemable aspect of this hotel is the location and the doormen. The spa is overpriced and services are not very good. The hotel wants to charge you for every service. For example if you want to use the spa pool you have to pay. The room was not well maintained with stained carpets, non-functioning lights and many items... More

This hotel is one of the most expensive I have stayed at - not expected for Morocco. Our stay is being completely ruined by the nightly live music from the terrace bar outsider window )so loud it is clearly audible from our 4th floor room even with the windows shut). Made worse by the poor standard (it's like karaoke). Will... More

Overall the hotel was nice. Lovely reception and a fabulous pool area. We upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The room wasn't that clean, a few hairs were left in the bathroom and a funny smell coming from the wardrobe. The location is great, a great selection of bars and restaurants near by which is ideal as the... More
