We stayed there in February for a short 4 night break via BA holidays. We were so pleased to have found this true oasis on the outskirts of Marrakesh.

The hotel has only 41 rooms on the stunning estate and felt very luxurious and relaxing without too many guests to intrude on your holiday. The restaurant was lovely in beautiful jewelled tone furnishings and decadent curtains framing high ceilings and glass chandeliers.

What stood out here was the service - excellent from the moment we arrived and at all touch points. Mohammed checked us in beside the impressive reflecting pool and took care of every need. The restaurant staff were so helpful and we had several delicious meals inside the restaurant as well as poolside. Rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Spa staff were experienced and excellent. We had a rental car which was valet every evening and ready for us when we had to leave.

We often stay at luxury properties in Asia and the service at Palais Namaskar was certainly in line with the best of the best. We occasionally had power outages in the area but there are sufficient backup lights and lamps which run on a separate circuit to allow for some light and rather lovely ambiance. The reflection pool and around the hotel is also dotted with candled lanterns making for a magical feel throughout the property. Their staff will also make log fires in your room for you whenever you need and the pools and plunge pool are kept scrupulously clean every day.

The food standard is also very impressive here with refined dishes, generous portions and all served by well trained and helpful smiling staff. We had fresh spring rolls, perfectly cooked fish and lovely salads which were served with style and tasty as well as beautiful.

Other important things to note: good water pressure in the HUGE showers, beds were large and perfectly firm (not too hard not too soft) and one of the best sleeps we have had in a hotel - for that alone we would return! Bathroom amenities include conditioner. Curtains for the walls of windows were blackout thereby allowing you to sleep longer. And there is a good turndown service every evening.

There will always be little hiccups during a stay but the helpful attitude of the staff and their genuine regard for their guests really smooths over any minor issues.

The hotel is about 30 mins from the city centre and we drove out for dinner and excursions almost every day. The staff are helpful with making reservations for you and giving guidance on parking and logistics.

When I arrived I was charmed by the majestic side of the place, the architecture, the xxl size of my room, a welcome in the room with a bouquet of flowers, fruits and delicacies.
Then I said to myself that all the same for 350 euros per night, a coffee maker that leaks when you brew the coffee, a hair dryer that doesn't work, the parasols by the pool which are almost all broken, the ants in the room… not for 1100 euros for three nights…
I found the catering excessive, 30 euros for a cocktail, not a dish for less than 30 euros, an Americano for 19 euros, it's a shame.
I hadn't gone to Provence, where I have many incredible 5-star hotels, to be able to hope to be able to enjoy it more here, I had to contain myself and be careful with each of my expenses, what frustration!
I also share the opinion of certain comments, daytime clientele which tarnishes a little the smart and calm side of the hotel, clients who scream at the edge of the swimming pool and make bombs in the swimming pool, but the same is necessary for the profitability of the hotel. hotel I imagine.

What makes THE difference, and well done to all, is the incredible staff…. A special big up to Abdelhadi at the breakfast and swimming pool service, who always had a kind word, attention to ensure that everyone lacked nothing, we see him not stopping, always with a tray at the hand.
Ps: thanks to the hotel for the water and lemonade regularly during the day ;)
A big thank you also to Issam and Soufiane, as well as to a tall, fine gentleman whose name I don't have, who were absolutely adorable... who took care of me, were infinitely kind. Thank you, Thanks to you my stay was much more pleasant.
Issam, Soufiane, Abdelhadi, you made my stay pleasant and magical, without you nothing would have been possible, thank you!

For the bed, two separate beds pushed together, not at the same level, too bad.
But good quality bedding.

I also highlight the top service from the people in the turndown service, everything perfectly topped up, the shower gels closed each time, bottle of water and slippers at the foot of the bed. As well as the maintenance service which was very responsive and very pleasant during my ant problem, thank you to them. Shadow work but so important.

In short, somewhat disappointed by the price of the services and the few problems in my room or the aging of the deckchairs or parasols at the swimming pool, but the staff made the difference. Thanks everyone!

We stayed in a suite with a private pool at the Residence. The suite was beautifully appointed opening on a large terrasse with a good size private swimming pool. The hotel has a spa a very good size gym and a nice restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall this hotel offers a great value for money and is worth the price . One of the best address in Marrakesh if you are looking for a luxurious experience . A few points need to be improved though. Guest services is it really helpful and they do not have a list of places to recommend. The service at the restaurant is extremely slow . And the cleanliness of the terrace does not meet a palace standard.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week and although it is a palace with great space , beautiful gardens and water all around, the rooms need a little careful maintenance to check the lights as well as regular refreshing.
The employees are nice and always say the right thing. They are courteous and very polite.
The food is amazing and delicious and always very well presented.
They gym layout is rather strange. Looks beautiful from the outside but inside it is not very practical to work out. There are no employees in there, nor any water or towels if you go in the afternoon. If you go in the morning , 10 little bottles of water are left out with a few towels.
There is no entertainment put on at the hotel, so no pleasant vibe like you might have at some other places.
There is a top bar on an open roof but no music nor employees there . If you go there, the door is open with dusty seats and if you are lucky a member of staff will turn up and will bring you a drink from downstairs then leave you there.
They need more personnel and better training for those they have.
I booked for a massage and they got it wrong. I didn’t appear on the system.
We asked them to book a taxi for us, as there is not a shuttle- at least we were not told of one .The first time it was 30 minutes late and dinner reservations needed to be adjusted, the second time 15 minutes late. They use the yellow taxis that are all around and charge 200 -300 dirhams for taxis which are old and dusty without air-con.
Sadly, we didn’t have a great experience.

We visited Palais Namaskar for a pool day pass which on proposal would include welcome drinks and two course lunch. On arrival, the people at the gate were very helpful and ushered us in. I must admit the place is really impressive. Once we got our table, we were given their cocktails and wine list menu and left probably hoping that we'd choose some. So I called the attention of one of the crew to remind him that we are there on a pool and lunch package and that a welcome drink was included and he gladly acknowledge that and came back with two thin glasses of lemonade and two half bottles of water. A lady wearing a name badge Mariam came to take back the wine menu without saying anything as if we did not exist on that table. When we asked for the the lunch menu, there was no menu to show us. We were instead told of wgat was there for the day. FISH! I asked again if there was something else and the answer was no, only fish so we had to settle for that. Thanks to the chef as it was tasty and beautifully presented. When we finished our lunch, the waiter came to clear the table bringing the bill without us asking for it yet. So I asked if he wanted us to leave already because we were hoping to have few more drinks. He urged us to pay the bill as he was leaving soon. We did as told and called another crew for a cappuccino and a mojito. Woala! A mojito overflowing from the glass full as if it was concocted on a glass of shaved ice. We left peacefully but did not leave any tidings for the crew because of their unfriendly manners and poor service. Go there and have photos taken and it will serve your purpose but don't expect a 5 star service as claimed.

Hotels have two components. Facilities and management. The facilities here are five star bordering on six. Somebody built an amazing palace a long time ago that the hotel now benefits from. The trickier part is management. The hotel is poorly managed, which is a shame as the staff are smiley and helpful but decisions are being made above their heads which are very uncommercial. Specifically: the music at the pool is all mural/covers of songs that were never hits in the first place..it plays on constant repeat and is predominantly US soul and R+B, which I happen to detest. But even fans of those genres would get fed up with the music within a day. Second problem: hordes of chavvy day trippers who take over the only pool most days from 11.30 onwards. This includes hordes of teenage Instagrammers preening around the edges all day. Third problem : pricing. In peak August holiday season the hotel was at best 30% full. The reason is it is very expensive. Once you check in you are then skinned alive for lunch and dinner (expect to spend £500/day for a family of four assuming not much drinking), both of which take ages (at least two hours). The good news is I have the fix for the hotel. 1. Reduce prices and ban day trippers. You won’t need them because occupancy will go up. 2. Simplify the menu and cut the prices in half and include some light dishes that are not $35 each. 3. Change the music, urgently. Get a consultant in if necessary. To end on a positive note, the hotel is spectacularly beautiful and well equipped and has beautiful gardens. Just needs to wake up and be more commercial.

Morocco was my first solo traveling experience. I chose Palais Namaskar as a birthday treat to myself. I stayed for one night and wow i wish i would of stayed longer. This place is unreal something out of a movie. The staff was amazing. My room was phenomenal. Legit took my breath away. They set up my room with rose petals and even left fresh fruit and macaroons. Later that night i received the staff even surprised me with a birthday cake. Truly a wow factor as i was not expecting it. I can not wait to visit again on my next trip to morocco in the summertime so i can enjoy the pool. This time i will certainly stay for longer.

We had a very pleasant stay. The bedroom was very clean.
The reception was very attentive and responsive, with good advice for restaurants etc. The gardens are very beautiful and very well maintained.

The valet service was very friendly and professional. The car was cleaned with little touches, like water at the start.

I hope to return soon. Thanks again.

This place was exquisite, you are met with jasmine lined walkway to reception, the instant aesthetic and charm of an Moroccan palace with the beautiful fragrance that meets you is breathtaking. This is just the start of this beautiful Oasis. We were taken then to the room. Beautiful Room with reception area, large Bedroom hall way to a large egg bath and separate shower. Then the curtains were pulled back to expose the plunge pool patio, it has a double sun bed, table and chairs and an exotic palm lined pool with separate plunge. Wow! I have never been to a place where the room was more appealing than the pool area. The grounds are full of beautiful Arabian architecture accompanied by luscious flowers and trees, hurricane lamps line every walk way. Food was incredible. (they serve western menu but chose the traditional Moroccan) breakfast also great, good choice, pool was lovely but chose to stay by our room most of the time. My only dislike would be that we had the end room and found it quite noisy with traffic at times which stole the tranquillity of the place. This place will not disappoint, Spa also amazing. if you want total relaxation this is definitely for you. Thank you also to the staff Azizi and Sophian for making our stay.

I'd triple-check with the hotel as we were there end Sept and was already feeling fresh towards sun-down. There are also maintenance issues with this hotel. We also stayed in a Deluxe room and just to you know the jacuzzi offers zero privacy as the rooms all around you are sharing the pool where the jacuzzis are located.
