Very clean, staff very friendly no exceptions and in the heart of Madina. Near to Jami elf and. Only 2 minutes walking. Just outside the hotel is a taxi stop where you can use to go anywhere in Morrocco. 5 minutes walking from the hotel is a bus stop to the city centre(bus no 1goes right to the big shops)....

Good price for the area, clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff, most of whom spoke good English. Easy walking distance to the main square, souks, and other attractions. Hotel looks much better inside than outside. Very good cafe near by for breakfast.

I have been several times to Marrakech, and visited tens of places to stay overnight. Lots of them were fab. But this one beats it all by its location, friendly staff and cleanness. 100m fro Jma el Fna, totally quiet at night (which is important for me) and if you are with a car, parking just in front of it.

I stayed here for 6 nights in January. Firstly it can be hard to find as there are not many road signs, we tried getting a taxi but he hadn't heard of the hotel & I eventually had to phone the hotel to give him directions. On arrival I had issues with the booking done through Booking.com. I had originally...

This hotel has good access by taxi when you come from the AirPort. there are a lot of riads in the medina you can't come with a taxi and you have to walk there. Not this one. The rooms are located around a patio which looks nice but you hear a lot of noise coming from the patio so bring...

Stayed for 8 nights over xmas and new year, very clean rooms done every day. The main square is a couple of minutes walk away so your never far from a café, so the fact that the hotel doesn't do any catering is not a hardship though you can get a coffee or a soft drink in the foyer. The...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in November. The hotel is in a great location close to the main square and the wealth of attractions leading up to it. My main concern when booking a budget hotel in Marrakesh was cleanliness ....and Narjisse gets full marks in that area...the room was well made with clean sheets ...the toilet...

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's super clean, super fast wifi, helpful staff, and a great location about a 2 minute walk from Place Jama Fna. Drawbacks: I wish they had breakfast because most other places do and the water kind of gets everywhere in the bathroom when you shower, but those things are prett minor.

This is a small, family run budget hotel but for the price, you couldn't ask for a better location, service, or room. It's very conveniently located to the main Jemma el Fna square right outside of the medina wall and close to the royal palace. It's nice that it's not in the maze of the souks yet it's still very...
