Booked a 5-day stay at Riad de Marocain on half-board basis. Strange because it has no kitchen. We had breakfast in the Riad and dinner in Riad Shaloma nearby. Hassan (the cousin), was always around, waiting at the table, making the best mint tea and giving us free lessons about Moroccan history and culture. The chef in Shaloma Amal deserves...

Only 5 mins from Jemma el Fna but there's no vehicle access so you are accompanied on the 5 min walk from the taxi drop-off by Mohammed and his cart for your bags. A lovely quiet homely place, very clean and airy. Full air conditioning and plenty of blankets so OK whatever the temperature. Hassan was so welcoming and helpful,...

we arrived in the evening unfortunately our transport company could not reach a member of staff to meet us. We did not worry as on arrival the driver spoke to some local boys who took us to the Riad which is off the main road and through an alleyway . We were greeted by Hassan who was very welcoming and...

A small raid, very comfortable beds, and very clean.I would have given it 5 stars but our room was on the ground floor, off the entrance foyer and breakfast area.I'm sure the upstairs rooms would have been better. The window shutters opened out to the communal area so opening them was not an option,so the room did get a bit stuffy. On the whole it...

Stayed here for 3 nights in November and couldn't fault it. Used it for the transfer to and from the airport which was there waiting even though we were late. arrival / welcome was brilliant and we were served Moroccan tea. Breakfast was nice each morning with fresh fruit and local food. Location is great. Would definitely return.
