My husband and I just got back from staying at this hotel yesterday and we miss it already. Before we even arrived at the riad they staff emailed us to welcome us and to arrange airport transfer (which is cheaper than booking separately). When we arrived at the riad Uncle El-Hajj and Sayeed welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea, Saeed...

This was a really nice place to stay. Started the visit in cold wet weather so the fire in the room was most welcome and ended sunbathing on the rooftop terrace. The personalised service was most impressive, particularly from Mohammed who was on hand at all times of the day. The breakfast is worth a mention too, very tasty and...

Unfortunately, I never had the chance to fulfil my booking at this hotel however I would like to share my experience of the excellent customer service provided by El Haj and his team. After booking this hotel through Booking.com, I was looking forward to my stay here only for a family illness to mean I couldn't travel. As I was...

We returned from a 3 day trip to Marrakesh staying in this excellent Riad. We had arranged for airport transport to our Riad and they agreed to take us early as our flight landed 10:30 in the morning, our driver was waiting for us as promised. The Riad is located in a very central location in Medina where our driver...

Such a beautiful Riad! After a long flight we had a warm welcome with tea and biscuits. Every morning we had a very yummy breakfast on the roof terrace. They booked us camel riding and a tour guide to the Moroccan mountains! I cannot fault Le Pavillon Oriental and will definitely be returning.

We have recently stayed in this lovely riad. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is most helpful and welcoming .The accommodation represents excellent value for money. We hope to visit again sometime.

Visited in January 2015 not knowing what to expect as first time in a "riad". Le Pavillon Oriental is located in the Medina, tucked away in the old city walls as are most riads. We feel that we must have chosen very well as we cannot fault our visit to this beautiful oasis in the middle of a vibrant, amazing...

Our arrival in Marrakech was stressful, to say the least. The riad we had booked months ago turned out to be overbooked, a second one we thought had a room also turned out to be overbooked and all the major hotels were all booked out. By 8pm, things were looking desparate and on the off chance, I rang Le Pavillon...

After a harrowing first three hours in Marrakech trying to find somewhere to stay (the initial Riad we had reserved was overbooked) we finally found Le Pavillon Oriental. A quick phone call confirmed they had a room available and since everything else was booked out we turned up not really knowing what to expect. What a wonderful surprise it was...

Just home from a 5 night stay at this lovely Riad where everything was perfect. This family run accommodation is spotlessly clean and the family go out of their way to make you feel like you're at home -there is nothing they won't do for you! On arrival we were served with peppermint tea and homemade biscuits while being given...
