After two nights here, we were very satisfied with the hotel itself but mainly with the hospitality and attitude of their staff and management. They helped us to rent a car for good price, showed us all the "must see" in Marrakech and arranged a day trip with a driver that drove us everywhere we wanted. When we returned to...

Very good for the price and its located few yards from the souks and reasonable walk from the square. Very helpful staff, Skilechi is tireless, happy to give a hand and very humble. The hotel has very nice small court yard that doubles as the breakfast area. Would recommend for a few nights stay.

Beautiful Hotel with excellent customer service, tourist information, map trips, great breakfast, clean rooms, no bugs. Like any other Big city I wish I was more time. However I was only three days. My Daughter and I arrived late at night to a Hotel that we reserved it was during the festivity of Eid. We were afraid because the taxi...

No swimming pool and very poor breakfasts!! Everyone is out for your money by any means possible and if your travelling alone then this can...

Maybe the worst riad in Marrakech. Tgey gave me a single room at the terrace, very small and very cold at night even with the air condition on because the window cannot shut and the cold air gets inside. I asked for an extra blanket and they said they don't have any! 15 rooms riad and they don't have one...

We stayed here two nights on arrival which were ok, about twice as expensive as specified on the booking.com website due to extra fees though. After coming back from a 3-day desert trip we were promised a room but the riad was full. So we were put in another building were no warm water was available. I told an employe...

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure that my 3 days were spent well. They even gave me a number to call if I needed anything at any time. My room (nr 7) was clean. And yes, there is just a curtain between the bed and bathroom, but no problem when you...
