I opted to spend the last of my 7 nights in Morocco in this ryad. However i didn't get past the check in and was thrown out onto the street; however I have visited morocco 4 times and was able not to have a breakdown. So, this is how it went... I opted to stay here as the room's were...

This time I need to share with you my very bad experience I had recently in Marrakech, in hotel Riad Hannah during my long awaited holidays. Sadly Riad Hannah is terribly managed. First of all, info about the hotel is wrong. Its position in medina is tricky, place is very hard to find and it took about 20 minutes to...

I stayed here for a week with my partner. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and not sure where the complaints I have read have steamed from. I found the Riad on the whole clean throughout and the facilities up to standard. Room size is decent kept clean, with comfortable bed. Shower was fine if you left it too run...

This was a bargain for the economically minded traveler. It's location was in the old medina of Marrakech and could not have been any more exotic. The staff all spoke several languages including English always smiled and courteous. They were also helpful with transportation to and from the airport and booking reliable and economic tours. The clientele were international as...

This was a great bargain for the price. The staff were wonderful. They arranged transportation to and from the airport. They had a number of reputable tours for reasonable prices available. The location was in the old Medina. It could not have been more colorful and exotic. Really enjoyed it.

Spent five days here, and despite the negative reviews by some people, my boyfriend and I found it very affordable, a very centric location from the central square ( 10 mins), and the people working there were so kind and extremely hospitable. Ramon, the owner of the Riad, took the time to explain to us how to get around the...

Started bad by not getting answers from 3 mails I sent. Hotel was paid before arrival by Opodo. When we arrived they wanted 25 plus 45 D per person and night for tax and cleaning. Had we known that we would have changed more money at the airport. We asked to see the room. The room was in a quite...

It took us a very long time to find the hotel and ended up being guided by some guy and of course he wanted money for it, the hotel is almost impossible to find on your own. When we finally came to the hotel we were welcomed by a very sweet man who offered us tea and juice while we...

The riad was very close to the medina and the staff were friendly and helpful , and the rooms. Although basic were extremely clean , and comfortable , new towels every day , the cleaning cost 35 dihram or city tax 25 dihram per day isn't included when you book so add this on to your total cost - check...
