This hotel was the last stop of my three city visit to Morocco. The immediate plus was that I was able to have a driver pick us up from the train station and bring us to the hotel. The hotel is accessible almost completely by taxi which means no endless wandering with luggage through the medina. The staff was incredibly...

The staff was very friendly and amazing. The rooms are beautiful. By far the best location in the Media. The hotel picked us up from the train station and was very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay here. The Hammam was amazing and I also got Henna. They arrange for a day trip to Atlas Mountain and it...

Great place to stay in Marrakech. This Riad has been renovated to an very high standard. The suite we stayed in was divine. The Riad has a gorgeous shaded courtyard and peaceful sunny roof terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Oasis of calm in busy city. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. It was my second time because I enjoyed the first time so much. Downsides are the erratic wifi and the location. The riad can't be reached by cars so you have to walk at least 100m through a busy street with people trying to sell you things. Trying to find the riad...

After we made our reservations online, we received a personal email from the Riad confirming the booking and also asking if we needed a transfer from the airport, would we be dining when we arrived, could they help with excursions, and if we had any questions at all for them. I emailed a few times and always received a quick...

An amazing, beautiful Riad in the Medina. Set in the ancient medina and very close to everything you might want to visit, the riad is a peaceful end to a hectic shopping day away from the crowds. You can even have dinner served in the patio where there is also a small pool where to refresh after a long hot...

A beautiful riad, located at the heart of the medina, a short walk from the Marrakech attractions (5 minutes walk to the souks, 10 minutes to Jemaa el Fna). The property is beautiful. A restored riad, with a serene courtyard and rooftop. A real haven from the hassle and bustle outside. Staff are friendly and helpful. On the minus side,...

Riad Rafaele is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main square which epitomizes old Marrakech....rugs, food, lamps, music, vendors and peddlers of everything. Crazy! Intricate and tasteful woodwork and tile work, great breakfast, small wading pool. Staff are kind and genuinely pleasant people. We got to meet the owner, awesome guy. We stayed in the suite the second night,...

“Riads are not hotels. More like a person’s house you are invited to stay at. The rooms come in a number of different sizes and I think ours was probably in the middle. The Pastels Room. The entry was in the middle and the bed to the left as you walk in. On each side of the bed it looks like little closets in the wall. If you open the bottom one, it provides a bedside shelf and room for the suitcases. The top part has hangers for clothes. This central area has a couple of chairs, tables and stools and a very high ceiling (maybe 11 or 12 feet/ 3.5 meter). To the right is the shower and toilet area. This is separated from the main room by a door and a wall (7 foot/2 meter) that does not go all the way to the ceiling. So in a way its open to the other room. Or better to say it was one room with a division. It was wonderfully decorated and comfortable. I recommend closing the shutters even on the top part of the windows when changing or in the toilet as it is possible to see into the room from the rooftop terrace. We didn’t have any problems with that, it is just an observation. ”
