Pension Marrakech Inn looked promising on Booking, but the experience was disappointing.
The swimming pool on the rooftop is poorly maintained, without deckchairs (it had to be requested), and too small to accommodate many guests. Fortunately, the Pension was undercrowded, otherwise the space would have been insufficient.
As for cleanliness, the apartment left something to be desired with visible traces on the walls and partial cleaning.
The reception was also disappointing, with a deposit of 50€ requested, although it was not specified and completely illegal. Because on the Booking Reservation it is simply mentioned to pay the tourist tax on arrival i.e. 1€/day/person.
The shower and the apartment do not match the photos, this is very poorly maintained in reality.

510/5000 the hotel is perfect, with a location in the center of the city everything is close to the hotel. decoration, service and rooms at the height of a 5 star hotel. the restaurant chef prepares the best breakfast and dinner I have ever eaten! with a very diverse menu. Still, their heated swimming pool, their SPA, Hammams and their massages and especially their salt wall ... only positive points. a big thank you for the manager Amina who was during our whole trip to our little care.

Probably our worst booking experience. To begin with, our room was permeated with a smell of tobacco (for a non-smoking room, that's a shame), impossible to change. One of the windows did not close at all, which did not improve the already poor insulation. The shower in the room was more like a trickle of water than a shower. The cleaning also needs to be reviewed in a certain place where a large layer of dust could be found. As for the hotel itself. We had to have breakfast in down jackets, even the hotel staff wore coats. Breakfast was indicated from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. but nothing was ready the two times we were expected to leave on an excursion at 8:00 a.m. The quality of the breakfast needs to be reviewed. The 6th and last floor of the hotel which is dedicated to the swimming pool and terrace was closed for work but this was not reported to us. Work that we also underwent because of the noise our room being on the 5th floor. In short, there are a lot of flaws, especially for the price we paid. TO FLEE.

A catastrophic experience , it was not the first time I slept in this Inn which seem to change direction and staff , so first on arrival at the check in , the hostess had 2 tension , you have to have patience . I booked via booking and so I only had to pay tourist tax what I did , the hostess asked me to give her 500 dirhams in cash as security , which she would give me back on exit (which is totally illegal) .... Then we take the elevator where someone had vomited in it and was gross, I informed the staff but no reaction, it was cleaned the next day after breakfast. We go back to the spartan room with 2 bedrooms overlooking filthy walls , no socket , to charge our phone , the sockets are almost at ceiling level , we were so tired but we were hungry , we called the restaurant , it was 10 pm whereas it is supposed to be closed at 11 pm , we are told that the restaurant is closed , so we turned to Glovo and I think it was the best solution because the next day we had lunch at the restaurant 2 hours waiting for inedible dishes ... In the morning , we had decided to have a spa which supposedly belongs to the Pension , we made an appointment for 11 am and finally we were not received until 12:30 . They confiscated our luggage until the 200 DIRHAMS were paid, which I refused. Catastrophic experience, never book for this Pension. It's a disaster. Wifi 0, breakfast in the entrance hall (at the reception) you can't even move around to get what you want, when booking they didn't even tell us that the swimming pool was under construction. The room was on the fourth floor. So we smelled the paint and we couldn't even rest because of the construction noise. Zero reception.

Me and my partner stayed here for his Bday celebration and our anniversary. The staff made our trip very special! Location is perfect, close enough to the city, yet away from the noise at night! I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life and this is up there with top hotels. The staff were super helpful, they sorted out our airport transfers, negotiating best price for us. The hotel itself is ever better than it looks in photos, interior with high standards, VERY spacious bedroom, lounge room and kitchen all again finished to high standards. Room included an extremely large bed, sofas, plenty of wardrobe space, spacious bathroom, smart tv, kettle, micro, oven, fridge, freezer, ample socket plugs for tech - anything you can think of they had it!
They offer a diverse menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner - very please with breakfast made to order instead of buffet. The portions were huge! They also have a spa offering variety of treatments, HAMMAM, massages etc at a very reasonable price. Lovely heated pool and other spa facilities. Gutted I didn’t take photos! As it was our anniversary, they offered us a complementary couple massage at their spa which was very kind of them. They also helped us book excursion for a day at a very reasonable prices - they offer many different excursions, worth asking them at reception. Lastly, they organised a carriage and horse for me and my partner to go out for birthday celebrations in style! Thank you so much Amina, Haytam, Abberiham and rest of the family for looking after us and making our stay so special and relaxing.
100/100!! Will definitely visit again and recommend this for anyone travelling to Marrakech. Super happy with the service. Perfect for Families, couples, friend group and for any occasion.
