I had a four night stay in September 2013 . Just one hour after my booking I received a very kind email with details of the complimentary transfer from the airport to the hotel ........how efficient !! The place is wonderful , neat and clean. Our suite had plenty of room and everything in it was working properly. You will... More

We had a four night stay in August 2013 just at the end of Ramadan. Could not have had a nicer stay - from meet and greet at airport to offer to store some luggage for us at the end of our stay - and everything in between we were made comfortable and looked after. We had a suite on... More

My wife and I stayed at Riad L'Etoile D'Orient for four nights whilst on our Honeymoon in Marrakech. What can I say? Absolutely superb! The manager (Abla) very kindly upgraded us from the Atlas room to the Errakis room as it was free that week. On arrival we noticed that the staff had decorated the bed, tables and wash basin... Had a great two nights in Riad l'Etoile following a two day trek up and down Mt Toubkal. Still in our trekking gear, our porter weaved through the souks and alleyways of Marrakech. We came across an unpromising doorway and feared the worst. We couldn't have been more wrong. From the moment the door opened and our first beer arrived... More

This was a 4 night stay as a birthday treat for my wife. We wanted to explore old Marrakech and we didn't want to battle with taxi drivers every time we went out. A Riad is a guest house or small family hotel. It is not trying to be the Hilton. This one was in the heart of the Medina.... More

Lovely clean, fresh and modern Riad in the heart of the Medina, a stones throw from the main square (which makes it easy to find - as navigating your way around the medina can be tricky). A lovely place to come back to and relax away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The Riad were staff were very helpful... More

We were seven females on our first trip to Marrakech. We stayed at this traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. The interior is very stylish and very clean. The hotel receptionist was very informative and helpful. The lovely thing about staying at this Riad was the way every thing was so personable. Having tea on the house every... More

7 of us - all girls travelled to Marrakech for the first time. It wasn't a hen party or a rowdly cheap get away that we wanted. Most of us have children and wanted luxury, fun, music and good food. We had been away to Cannes, Ibiza, Cyprus and much more but decided we wanted to travel somewhere that offered... More

A great experience! The Riad is really in the thick of it but we were provided with a personal escort to guide us through the main square and so were able to relax and enjoy without getting lost!. Staying in a Riad is a very personal experience and we were very well looked after; clean rooms, fresh towels, mint tea... More

Excellant Riad in the heart of the medina. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Very nice clean rooms. Roof terrace with Hot tub perfect for relaxing. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very nice and the mint tea and biscuits delightful.
