The place is dated. While it has potential as it is in a nice setting and a nice building, it is badly showing its age. The place needs investment to bring it up to speed. No problems with the staff; nice and polite. Hot water runs out when the hotel is fully booked. The washbasin only had a trickle of...

Nice staff and the pool is great. Just needs a little work on the painting. The food was not so good (hate better at the Medina in Marrakech for less); it's far from the touristic places; the room doors were almost completely destroyed.

We stayed as a family of 4 in August for 2 weeks and overall had a lovely holiday. Pro's: 1. Khalid- without him the hotel would not run at all, he works incredibly hard and will do everything within his power to make you happy. 2. The pool was amazing and cleaned daily. 3. The rooms were cleaned daily included...

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was not what I was expecting. Bit far out of main attractions. Staff were attentive and welcoming. At the time if my visit work was being carried out so lots of noise and workers around. Overall the hotel was ok but ended up moving to another hotel to he closer to jma el fna.

As a family of 5 we stayed in Qodwa in a single large family room. Comfortable and clean room with a simple Moroccan breakfast that we really enjoyed. Its not luxury, however if you are looking for an authentic Moroccan experience in comfortable surroundings and beautiful gardens, this is the place. Apart from breakfast food the food served was amazing,...

The Riad is looks tired, needs a lick of paint in places and has dodgy electrics but is reasonably clean, this is the same as most budget hotels in North Africa, we have travelled in Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco for the last ten years, so we know what type of standards to expect and in that respect this hotel is...

I cannot praise the hotel or its friendly staff enough! A friend and I visited road qodwa for 7 nights and were amazed at the fantastic value for money we got. The staff are very friendly and service was very personal, they remembered what we liked to drink, when we wanted to go out to Marrakech and would arrange transport...

My husband and I have just returned from a week's holiday at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. We set out to have a cheap week away and that's exactly what we got. Who can argue with a double room including breakfast for £20?! A week of sunshine and 'culture' for two people including accommodation, flights and all meals...

My friend and I have just returned from a 7 night stay at this Riad. First of all it is very very basic and having read the reviews prior to going I took my own toiletries. The staff provide clean towels, the rooms are large and there is adequate food available. The breakfast is lovely and even better when you...

When we initially arrived in Morroco we had to wait a bit at the airport but the driver did eventually arrive and welcomed us. The hotel is about 30min from the Medina centre which after a while is can get tiring commuting but as you on holiday you shouldnt really complain as you are not in a rush. The meeting...
