We stayed in Dar Crystal for 3 nights during our last stretch of our Morocco trip. We wanted a quiet and relaxing atmosphere within the hustle and bustle city of Marrakech and we definitely found it in Dar Crystal. Facilities were very clean, very modern but still has the Moorish touch. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooftop...

We had a very relaxing stay at Dar Crystal our last couple of days in Marrakech. The riad wasn't full so we had the choice of a better room upstairs. We chose the grey room and really enjoyed our stay there and loved the Jewish neighbourhood near the Bahia palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful and organised a...

We had 3 great days in Marrakech and the wonderful and lovely Dar Crystal. Zac and his team made us real at home and were helpful with information were to go and what to do. The place is in the south of the Medina and you can experience the City by foot. Wonderful place of silence in the middle of...

We had a very nice stay at Dar Crystal. The shuttle from the airport didn't show up, so we finally took a taxi to the Hotel. He droped us at Bahia Palace from where we easily found Dar Crystal with the app maps.me There is just a small sign next to the door to indicate the hotel, so you have...

Hotel staff really kind with all of us. The whole group was extremely pleased with the services offered. We stayed in September. the Riad was not overfilled, so we feel there like at home. Out on the street was all bustle but within the Riad, we breathed peace. it seemed other place. Hamsan and Yamila made this possible. Thanks for...

Also included in the room was aircon and Windows that opened out to the alleyways. Our host on arrival and the next few days was...

The Dar Crystal is a lovely riad with a calm atmosphere. It's located by the Mellah, only a 10-minute-walk from the main place (Djemaa el Fna). Our double room had a big bathroom, AC and a huge bed. The riad also has a small pool in the courtyard and a really nice rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly (thanks...

We had the top terrace room which was just excellent. waking up and have a breakfast on our own terrace in the sun was a true delight (esp in December!). Service and all staff so friendly and helpful. In the old jewish quarter with its hectic traffic, yet once down the narrow alley and through the doors of Dar Crystal.....magical!

We were booked to stay at another riad the suliman but because they were overbooked we stayed at the crystal. What a lovely retreat. Nabil was very helpful and the French colonial feel was delightful. Our room was clean and had very nice decor leading out to the terrace where we had drinks with friends in the evening. The only...

On arrival, which was in the evening, the riad looked very nice indeed. We were given the deluxe room on the top floor by the terrace and it looked great, and very spacious. The decor was very simple yet modern with traditional elements. However, the twin beds had lob sided matresses which were very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not great,...
