I stayed here for 4 nights from the 12th to the 16th of October, I had a great time and I wished I stayed longer. The hotel is about a 25 minute drive from the airport. There's not much to do within walking distance to the hotel. There is a shuttle bus avaliable, which was pretty cheap. The hotel was clean and tidy and the gardens were picturesque. Both of the pools were very big. There's a main pool and also a quieter pool. The food was pretty good, it was mostly Moroccan food and there were plenty of things to choose from. Breakfast would have been better if there were more English food like beans, sausages, and bacon. Although the omelettes were great. The all inclusive beer was a bit watery, but the gin and tonics were good. The best aspect of the hotel was the entertainment. The entertainers were great at getting everyone up and dancing in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

At beginning, we couldn’t really enjoy our stay at this hotel due to some technical problems but our stay was amazing. the entertainment team is fantastic (Sam and his team but especially Jasmine , a lovely girl who made our stay enjoyable , memorable and lovely. We really appreciated all the efforts she made to make us enjoy our holidays , really fantastic . We won’t forget her that’s for sure. The food was great and the shows were good. We will back here again for sure !

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights from the 11th till the 15th of october. So I must start this review by mentioning the worst aspect of this hotel which was definately the sevice, or shall I say the lack of service. The Waiters and staff running the bars are completely incompetent. We went all inclusive and each time we had lunch and dinner, we would have to ask about 3 times for a bottle of wine. We are a party of 4 and they keep bringing a small bottle of wine which is not sufficcient to pour for all guests. Our hotel room did not have pillow cases and the sink in our bathroom was constantly blocked. When we pointed this out the estates lady simply unscrew the sink and left it upside down in the bathroom. You could see all the raw waste. absolutely disgusting. On thursday night they served food however decided to bring food to 3 of the guests on our table and kept serving other tables before actually finishing our table. This meant that everyone had to wait 22 minutes whilst there food was getting cold for them to bring the fourth guests food. What a terrible service. The bar staff are very impolite and everything felt like a chore! I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. The animation crew where really good and friendly. They where very inclusive and tried there best. Also they kept saying snack bar however each time you asked for a snack they would say its run out. they dont actually have a snack bar! I dout this is actually 4 star. more like a budget 3 star.
