The grounds of this hotel were beautiful, with an avenue of rose bushes as you walked to your room. They were all immaculately maintained by the garden staff. The quiet pool was more to our liking and any children were quickly sent packing if they decided to use it!!!!! The rooms were plenty big enough with a shower / wash...

I stayed a week as part of the tour I took with RSD Travel. The weeks stay was supposedly the 'free week in Marrakesh' which followed the weeks tour. This did not prove to be free, neither was it in Marrakesh, but 15 kilometres away. It was not a hotel I would ever have chosen. The majority of guests were...

The hotel is used by a number of mass tourist operators, with the result that the guests have different views on what is good. We came across a number of people who had to move to another room because of a number of issues with the air conditioning, hygiene or faulty doors. We almost moved because the air conditioning stopped...

Hotel is VERY tired, needs updating, URGENTLY. Gardens, fantastic, Ducks , pea hens, wonderful, Get your towels on the beds early, or forget it !!! Lunch is certainly worth missing, Dinner is a better choice, All inclusive is a bit of a joke, extra for Orange juice, coffee, and the Hamman, WHY ?? Drink as much as you can to...

Visited in November 2016 with two sisters. Room was ok, a bit tired. Ground floor, with a terrace overlooking pool bar/cafe. Check in was a little difficult due to translation, but, hey, being English, we could try harder to learn some phrases...so I'll take responsibility for that! Hotel mainly caters to the French (from France!) That comment was not a...

We stayed here for 10 days in November. It wasn't our first choice but our original hotel closed for refurbishment. We booked All Inclusive but the truth is a lot of things aren't included so it should actually be called Part Inclusive! The rooms are quite basic. The maid was friendly and worked hard. The food generally was average with a...

After reading some reviews was a little dubiaous about going. Once we arrived we was taken to our room which was spacious. The morning came and we was greeted by one of the animation team touteef (apologises for spelling) and what a warm welcome, he said not many English stayed at this hotel. Later in afternoon we was greeted by...

Ignorant manager, non existent customer service, poor room maintenance. I booked the holiday to celebrate my daughter's and my birthday and informed staff on arrival and on the day, the dinner venue I booked at the hotel was cancelled on arrival in the evening without notice leading to embarrassment for me and reduced my daughter to tears. I made an...
