It was noon when we arrived at the entrance of Riad Nesma for the start of our 7 night stay and I was unsure as to what I would discover behind the dark, thick, decorated door. Based on a busy side street, conveniently situated around 3 minutes walking distance from the main Marrakech square where convenience shops were open until... More

Stayed here in April 2012 for a 5 night city break with teenage children. Perfect location to absorb Marrakech life. The walk to the square was a spectacle in itself, so much life! Near to the Badii Palace and Kasbah region also. This was our second trip to Marrakech and although the previous Riad we stayed in was super this... More

We were met at arrivals by 1st class taxi and 1st class taxi driver 15 euros Taxi drops you off 2 minutes from Nesma's front door on right of street. Greeted gracefully by Abdou who showed us to our room even tho we were 2 hours early . Everything we needed was there as advertised After a shower the shower... More

I want to thank Abdul and co. for a wonderful stay, all staff were there to please and so friendly. I myself am a receptionist and it was so refreshing to see people genuinely smile and take pride in their work. The Riad was not full and as everybody is there to take advantage of the day, all were in... More

The riad is located within a walking distance to the main square of Medina. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the terrace was very nice and typical Moroccan. We definitely recommend this place!

Riad Nesma was the perfect base to explore Marrakesh from. 10 minutes walk from the souks and 5 minutes from the main square, it really couldn't have been better. The riad was very clean, our room was delightful and the breakfast was delicious. It's also very good value for money. The staff were very polite and helpful, offering to book... More

We stayed at Riad Nesma for one night before leaving for an excursion. We were unimpressed with this Riad. The staff seemed somewhat surprised by our arrival, despite our reservation. We stayed in the lowest price room which was indeed small - and this is something that usually doesn't phase me at all. That said, it was reasonably clean and... More

Please do not hesitate to book a room at Riad Nesma because you will not be dissapoitned. It is a on a market road in the Medina (Old City) or Marrakech and just a short walk to the big main market Square and the Souks. The room was great comfortable and clean (although a bit small for 4 people). The... More

Strongly recommended, fantastic traditional riad: Very friendly and kind staff. The recepcionists are great, very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, but not too small. The air conditioner helps a lot. Even though it is next to the street, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is OK, but it could be better; it is mainly... More
