This hotel is part of a resort with a huge pool area. The room was big and included a big bath. The hotel food was ok but offered lots of variety. The spa provided excellent massages at very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

We got two rooms next to each other. The hotel was very clean and the pool and other facilities were really nice! The only problem i would say is the lunch and dinner is not very good quality. But we enjoyed our stay the hotel was really nice and quiet

On first night discovered only bath towel, no bath mat etc. Not one sheet of toilet paper in room. Balcony doors won't lock or left open by cleaning staff. Poor lighting in corridors, takes several seconds for sensors to pick up movement and lighting to come on. Poor choice of food which is often cold. Decor very tired and in...

We were a family of 5 between 15 years and 60 years. Reception staff were pleasant female staff were rude. Prices in restaurant, cafe were not what was asked for. We were overcharged and short changed and it was pointless arguing as they "didn't understand". Rooms on the 3rd floor were good, air condition worked in both rooms, there were...

Ambience - the lobby and common areas of the hotel are big, decorated and spacious. While we went during the cold autumn-winter season, I imagine that it would have been nice to take a dip in the pool during warmer months. Wifi - spotty (probably because the place is really big), strong and stable connection only in the lobby Rooms...

We stayed here at the start and end of our tour of Morocco. Loved the rooms both times, both facing the pool. Shower amd bathrooms excellent both times. The whole hotel was clean. Bar staff helpful. Buffet food isn't our cup of tea so the one buffet dinner we had wasn't what we would choose to have. The berber restaurant/snack...

Very tired hotel that is not representative of the pictures shown on the website....The outside area does look pleasant but I would use the pool with caution, its very slippery around it and no edge to it so slops over the side picking up anything that is around it. Advertised as free WiFi, but the WiFi is split into several...

From the quality of the building definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast has much to be desired and missing variety. Walls so thin that you can hear the guest in the neighboring room breathing! WLAN an absolute disaster with no connection in the rooms and only limited internet connectivity even in the lobby. Room keys needed to be reprogrammed...
