The Royal Mansour Marrakech Hotel garners acclaim for its sumptuous amenities, including a lavish pool, an exceptional spa, and fine dining experiences, according to numerous travelers. Guests are often enveloped by the hotel's opulent atmosphere, accentuated by intricate mosaics and meticulous woodwork. The central, picturesque location is another highlight. While most guests are impressed by the dedicated and professional service, a few report slow responses. Opinions on value are split; some question the cost relative to the experience. Rooms exude luxury and are spotless, albeit a few are noted for limited natural light.

I spent a very hot, sunny day by the beautiful, huge and perfectly heated pool, having booked a day pass. This offer represents incredible value for money (currently MAD1750) and includes a lounger and towel, welcome blended juice and cake, three-course lunch, unlimited bottled water and some churros with chocolate at the end of the day. It's a wonderful way to experience the style, ambience and amazing food at this superb hotel. I arrived at 10.30am and stayed til the evening to watch the sunset, having sunbathed, swum and lounged on one of the comfy pool beanbags and taken a walk around the beautiful gardens.

I was treated like royalty all day by the fantastic staff, especially Mahdi who looked after me incredibly well. As the hotel's guest riads have their own individual pools, the main pool area was not at all busy, and at times I had the entire pool to myself. If you're a couple of a group of 4 you can book one of the poolside pavilions for the day - but as a solo guest I was more than delighted with my comfy lounger, huge fluffy towel and access to the spotless changing room (with lockers, slippers, showers and luxury products.)

Lunch can be taken in the Asian-inspired Le Jardin restaurant or, as I did, poolside. The food was out of this world - the freshest prawn summer rolls and the most delicious, melt-in-the-mouth stir-fried beef fillet with rice, followed by biscoff and caramel ice cream, perfectly balanced by a quince coulis. I also ordered a pre-lunch frozen mojito - probably the best cocktail I’ve ever tasted (not included in the day pass and around £20, but worth every dirham!)

This is a very special and exclusive way to enjoy the sunshine in Marrakech, especially if you are staying in a riad in the Medina. Many hotels offer day passes but for me this was the only choice worth considering! Highly recommended!

This newly opened dazzling grand hotel delights in every way. Beautiful to the eye in all regards, no detail has been neglected. We enjoyed dining in two of the 4 excellent restaurants and had 2 treatments in the extraordinary Spa. The service and hospitality was truly extraordinary at every turn and was superior to most of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed in around the world. A special shout out to “Ben” the concierge who was instrumental in helping us retrieve our lost luggage. Our room was impeccably appointed and included a fantastic bed and bedding, a sumptuous bathroom, the latest electronic convenience controls and an unlimited supply of complimentary bottled water. Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city was another highlight. If you are looking for a very special hotel to make your stay in Casablanca special, look no further!

This was our second visit to the Royal Mansour. We had planned to come back in 2020 but everything shut down because of covid. We decided to go back to celebrate my birthday . The hotel and grounds are exquisite and beautifully maintained Even the “smallest” accommodation is a three story riad with every comfort that you can imagine. It looks like what you see in a palace or a museum Every detail is perfect the tiles, the ceiling, the furniture. The complimentary sweets, fruit, wine and flowers waiting for us in the room were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow menu has an wide selection. The tub was huge and shower was invigorating. The toiletries were of the highest quality and were replaced during the twice daily room cleaning. The breakfast was delicious - everything is brought to your table you are not going to a buffet picked over by other guests. The bread and pastry basket, fresh squeezed juice and delicious coffee all wonderful. Lunch and dinner was also well prepared, delicious and reasonably priced for the setting. The gym is well equipped, spotless and towels water fruit and everything else you need for a great workout are provided. Both the indoor and outdoor pools sparkled and were at the perfect temperature. But what really sets the Royal Mansour apart is the staff and the service that they provide. On arrival our riad wasn’t ready and we were offered a lovely complimentary lunch. We had a few minor flaws but they were handled by M. Ayoub who resolved everything ! I mentioned my birthday and the waiters sang happy birthday at breakfast with a delicious cake. Champagne at dinner What a treat! M.Ayoub and Audrey the concierge were both incredibly kind and efficient and really made our visit perfect. In fact every single person we came into contact with was friendly, warm, caring, concerned, helpful and provided outstanding service. It was really the best birthday ever. Icing on the cake was when we had to catch our flight at 5 am and we were presented with a beautifully wrapped care package for breakfast as we got into the Bentley for the short ride to the airport. Our driver contacted the fast track guide at the airport. Absolutely the best departure from a hotel EVER! Thank you M. Ayoub and everyone at the Royal Mansour for an absolutely perfect stay. We will never forget it and can’t wait to go back!

We’ve booked a Day Pass with Large Pavillion as a Birthday treat for our daughter while visiting Marrakesh. I knew this was going to be a very special experience, but I can honestly say that I didn’t expect it to make us feel so amazing. The Pavillion itself is like a self contained flat with luxury bathroom and shower, and it instantly makes you feel like royalty! The pool and its surroundings are absolutely dreamy, the smells of flowers and herbs and birdsong make you feel like you’re in paradise. There are iced buckets of bottled water constantly replenished during the day. 3 course lunch from Le Jardin restaurant was delicious and served outside on the Pavillion patio. The service we were given was impeccable, it felt like the staff knew what we wanted even before we did ourselves. It was a full day of pampering and relaxation, that I hope we can experience again one day.

A big thank you to The Royal Mansour for an unforgettable day!

The service is impeccable. There might be miscommunication due to language barrier, so always repeat; the grounds are beautiful, the room is quite large, broken up, but beautiful; in December It was cold. They came to put the fire on often and the bathroom floor is heated in the bedroom. Enjoyed the food in the French restaurant, but the service in the Italian restaurant was much better. The ambience in the lounge with the music is quite romantic, Christmas decorations were beautiful. The spa is beautiful. However, the sauna is not in the women's locker room, making it very inconvenient. Leave time between your services to relax in the relaxation room. The spa treatments, our average. The humman was not even hot or sweaty. The women's locker room is not what you would expect just locker and showers. The skin care amenities are lacking. Lighting in Morocco is very dim.

The setting is very beautiful. Be careful for lunch from noon on arrival we take you to the bar the time supposed to free a table and we make you consume with a priceless card. Result 22 euros per drink. We were two so 44 euros in addition to lunch. Total 270 euros for a starter and a dish. It's not very commercial.

Royal Mansour is, without a doubt, the most wonderful place we have ever stayed. Everything about our stay was perfect.

The property is stunning. After entering the property through 2 giant, gorgeous doors, you walk into a breathtaking lobby. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Our riad was also incredible. No penny was spared on the quality of craftsmanship at this property. Wow won’t be able to truly believe it until you see it in person. Everything - doors, windows, ceilings, wall coverings, beds, shower entry doors, light fixtures, you name it - was made with detailing that was impeccable. The spa is surreal. The pictures on their website are gorgeous but don’t do it justice. There’s just no way to do it justice in photos. I have never seen a more perfect, beautiful hotel property. Ever. And my husband and I are extremely picky and will only stay at 5 star hotels. Royal Mansour is on a different level and “5 stars” aren’t sufficient to describe it.

In addition to the stunning property, the staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind, warm, thoughtful and just downright perfect. They go out of their way to make every aspect of their service 100% perfect. We felt special and cared for the entire time we were there. They should teach workshops to other hotels on how to truly wow guests. They have it nailed.

If you’re on the fence about whether to stay at Royal Mansour, book it. It’s a spectacular experience and you won’t regret it. It’s a true gem.

Visited for afternoon tea, wow what a great experience!
The setting is stunning - truly oppulant surroundings!
Staff service was top level and the afternoon tea was out of this world - you’d struggle to find better anywhere and the price was a mere fraction of what you would happily pay back home.
A truly magnificent experience, thank you!

We went to the Royal strictly for a Hammam service.

For the price we feel like we received a ton of value. The entire experience was luxurious and for two people that are not used to living that lifestyle- it was a real treat and would recommend anybody.

The staff is incredibly professional, The location was beautiful, and our treatment came with an hour of pool time where we could sit in the beautiful atrium!

Highly recommend this!

However, we must express our concern regarding the pot of Amlou that we purchased from you in August 2022. We discovered a dead insect inside, which is not normal for an establishment of your quality. We have supporting photos to back up our claims.

We choose to publish our opinion one year after the fact, because we believe it is important to emphasize the importance of hygiene, which must be impeccable. Moreover, last September, we contacted one of your managers to point this out to him.

We hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality and hygiene of your products."
