I was treated like royalty all day by the fantastic staff, especially Mahdi who looked after me incredibly well. As the hotel's guest riads have their own individual pools, the main pool area was not at all busy, and at times I had the entire pool to myself. If you're a couple of a group of 4 you can book one of the poolside pavilions for the day - but as a solo guest I was more than delighted with my comfy lounger, huge fluffy towel and access to the spotless changing room (with lockers, slippers, showers and luxury products.)
Lunch can be taken in the Asian-inspired Le Jardin restaurant or, as I did, poolside. The food was out of this world - the freshest prawn summer rolls and the most delicious, melt-in-the-mouth stir-fried beef fillet with rice, followed by biscoff and caramel ice cream, perfectly balanced by a quince coulis. I also ordered a pre-lunch frozen mojito - probably the best cocktail I’ve ever tasted (not included in the day pass and around £20, but worth every dirham!)
This is a very special and exclusive way to enjoy the sunshine in Marrakech, especially if you are staying in a riad in the Medina. Many hotels offer day passes but for me this was the only choice worth considering! Highly recommended!

A big thank you to The Royal Mansour for an unforgettable day!
The property is stunning. After entering the property through 2 giant, gorgeous doors, you walk into a breathtaking lobby. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Our riad was also incredible. No penny was spared on the quality of craftsmanship at this property. Wow won’t be able to truly believe it until you see it in person. Everything - doors, windows, ceilings, wall coverings, beds, shower entry doors, light fixtures, you name it - was made with detailing that was impeccable. The spa is surreal. The pictures on their website are gorgeous but don’t do it justice. There’s just no way to do it justice in photos. I have never seen a more perfect, beautiful hotel property. Ever. And my husband and I are extremely picky and will only stay at 5 star hotels. Royal Mansour is on a different level and “5 stars” aren’t sufficient to describe it.
In addition to the stunning property, the staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind, warm, thoughtful and just downright perfect. They go out of their way to make every aspect of their service 100% perfect. We felt special and cared for the entire time we were there. They should teach workshops to other hotels on how to truly wow guests. They have it nailed.
If you’re on the fence about whether to stay at Royal Mansour, book it. It’s a spectacular experience and you won’t regret it. It’s a true gem.

The setting is stunning - truly oppulant surroundings!
Staff service was top level and the afternoon tea was out of this world - you’d struggle to find better anywhere and the price was a mere fraction of what you would happily pay back home.
A truly magnificent experience, thank you!

For the price we feel like we received a ton of value. The entire experience was luxurious and for two people that are not used to living that lifestyle- it was a real treat and would recommend anybody.
The staff is incredibly professional, The location was beautiful, and our treatment came with an hour of pool time where we could sit in the beautiful atrium!
Highly recommend this!

We choose to publish our opinion one year after the fact, because we believe it is important to emphasize the importance of hygiene, which must be impeccable. Moreover, last September, we contacted one of your managers to point this out to him.
We hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality and hygiene of your products."
