The Infinity Sea is located in the Medina, in one of the most vibrant areas of Marrakech. The riad is beautiful and clean, The atmosphere is authentic and very romantic. the owner Marco is very kind and gave us perfect tips for our holiday. I will certainly go back!
Let me start by saying that the Riad Infinity Sea is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sheer beauty of the riad - it's like stepping into a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city. The entire property is impeccably designed, with gorgeous, ornate details that truly make it a one-of-a-kind experience. But what really made my stay at the Riad Infinity Sea so special was the incredible staff. They provided the most personalized service I've ever experienced, and really went out of their way to make me feel at home. From the delicious breakfasts each morning to the helpful tips and recommendations they gave me for exploring Marrakech, I felt like I was truly taken care of during my stay. And let's not forget about the location - the riad is just a short walk from some of the city's most popular attractions, including the souks and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. I loved being able to explore the city during the day and then come back to the peaceful, serene oasis of the riad in the evenings. All in all, my stay at the Riad Infinity Sea was an absolutely unforgettable experience. If you're ever planning a trip to Marrakech, I highly recommend checking it out - you won't be disappointed!…
The place is amazing, and marco the owner is very kind, everything is perfect. We will stay there again. Great terrace and a lot of interior zones to relax. Good taste in the conception of this riad. Marco gave us a small mobile phone, to use in the days we stay in the riad.
We had a very good time at Riad Infinity Sea. All worries we had about finding the riad among the craziness of the medina were put to easy as we got in our cab and we called the riad so the driver could talk to someone at the Riad. They talked between themselves so the driver knew exactly where to drop us off and a representative from the Riad was already there waiting for us to escort us to the Riad (a 2-minute walk) Arriving at the Riad we were welcomed with some mint tea, our luggage was hauled to our room, we were presented with a map of the city with some recommendations, had a tour of the riad and in no time we were already in our room. The Riad is beautiful, very well kept and decorated, and so is the room. Our room were on the smaller side (we wanted to book one of the larger rooms that they have, but those were already booked) but manageable. Nice size bathroom with a good shower. The next day we had a nice breakfast (traditional, not much variety, but very tasty) and met Marco, the owner who is a delightful person who was always concerned with our well-being and if we were having a great time in Marrakech. They also helped us get around and find taxis and such. Very nice service, very friendly staff, and housekeeping. My girlfriend used their SPA for a massage and told me it was one of the best massages she ever had. Overall it was a great stay, I would gladly return to Infinity Sea and recommend it as a safe haven in the Medina of Marrakech.…
We wanted to experience the medina in Marrakesh by staying in one of there traditional Riad style hotels and the reviews of this Riad looked great. We booked online and the communication with Marco before the stay was excellent. Unfortunately we had to change our plans last minute and Marco was very helpful in allowing us to change our booking. The plan change necessitated us to stay in another Riad the night before but we managed to find the Infinity Sea on foot with the help of Google Maps without a problem. The Riad is beautiful inside and Marco checked us in and went through our itenary making sure we knew where we were going and booked taxis for us. Because of our late change we had the standard room which was clean, comfortable with local decor with a good sized bathroom though the bedroom itself was small. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace which was great - a selection of pastries/cake, pancakes and preserves - set us nicely for the day ahead. Taxis were able to come very close to the Riad so that helped in getting around (some Riads are more of a challenge in a taxi) and it was about a 20 minute walk through the souqs to the large square. We had a great stay at the Infinity Sea and would certainly recommend it.…
Marrakesh is one of those crazy places that everyone should visit at least once, hot, noisy, exciting, safe , friendly and exhausting. But tucked away to the north of the medina is a magic door that takes you to another world, the entrance to the Riad Infinity Sea Up a few steps at the end of a dusty alley and “Voila” you could be in a different world, this is as close as time travel as you can get. Owned by the amazing Marco who together with his fabulous staff it is in an oasis of calm ,peace and style. Marco is originally from Switzerland though spent a lot of his life in Italy, this is reflected in the Riad which is run with Swiss precision , decorated with Italian style but with plenty of nods to its Moroccan location. Nothing is too much trouble for Marco and his team, from organising a TucTuc to explore the city, dressing a bad blister on my heal ( thank you Mohammed) or providing superb quisine served either up on the roof or in the cool at the heart of the Riad alongside the indoor swimming pool. The Chicken Tajine was as good as I have eaten and a simple desert of the juiciest tastiest oranges sliced, dusted with cinnamon and served with a dish of caramel was superb. There is loads more I could say but I do not want to spoil it for you, go there and check it out and I can guarantee you will thank me…
Super friendly, wonderful atmosphere and ambience. Very welcoming. Personalised service. Great tours recommended - food is authentic, home cooking. The roof garden is the perfect escape from the city- the whole riad is maintained to such a high standard. And having an alcohol license was a good bonus!
A four night stay at this wonderful riad, with the most helpful and lovely staff - and a local mobile to ring the owner or the riad in case you needed them for anything. Thanks also to Zoundy our ‘personal’ Toc Toc driver (organised by the riad) who was minute perfect on time and so very helpful. Marrakesh is a wonderful city and a trip to the mountains (again organised by the riad) gave a great contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Medina. A fabulous few days with somewhere cosy, quiet and safe to stay every night. Thank you to everyone, we felt privileged to be their first guests since Morocco opened its borders.
We spent a few days in Marrakesh early in our trip and wanted to go back once before we left Morocco. The first time we were right on the square and it was hectic...coming back we wanted to be in the Medina but not the crazy part...we found it with Riad Infinity Sea. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood corner of the Medina - we loved it! Rooms are impeccably tasteful and well appointed, the food is amazing and can we tell you how wonderful our host Marco was! When we checked in, he gave us a local cell phone with his number pre-programmed in...very helpful. If you want to stay in the Medina, without being in the middle of tourist town...stay here. Marco will take good care of you and such a peaceful, lovely Riad!
What a wonderful find. We were searching for riads within the walls of Medina. We narrowed our search to two and chose Infinity Sea because it was lower cost. How lucky we did! Absolutely a beautiful riad, unique in every way. Full time staff to attend to your needs and Reduaun, Mouseff, and Mohammed are fabulous. They attend to every need a guest may have. Marco’s chef is also fantastic and I would recommend getting a full Moroccan dinner cooked by here while you are there. DELICIOUS! Speaking of Marco, WHAT a host! First he greets the guest and spends however long you want reviewing the riad and all of Medina and Marrakech in as much detail as you want. He recommended places for us to visit, eat, site see, shop, etc. ALL were 100% great. He let us know the riad was to be like our home and the staff were available 24/7 to help us in any way. HE GAVE US A CELL PHONE to contact him if we needed anything while we were out and about the town. We actually used it once to get directions when we got lost once. He answered immediately and stayed with us until we were sure of where to go. Very seldom do you go to visit a fantastic city and find the place you are staying is almost as fantastic as the place you came to see. Riad Infinity Sea is one of those places. By the way, they do have wine to serve, and the included breakfast is wonderful. If you want something just ask for it. Marco and his fantastic staff will make sure you get it.…
