we booked the whole Riad for a family event for 4 days. The staff was very helpful and friendly and organized everything we asked for. They cooked one delicious traditional meal and the music and the belly dancer we booked via the Riad were fantastic. Every morning we had super fresh orange juice and different pan cakes. We even got a birthday cake which we did not ask for. The riad itself was great and the location perfect. Aziza who heads the staff was very responsive, professional and flexible. We were 20 and all of us loved it.
Whilst the Riad is stunningly beautiful and the staff (initially) overwhelmingly helpful, they will overcharge you. When paying the bill, all charges are in Euros, whilst all literature around the Riad is in Dirhams. It was only after I'd converted the amounts that I found they were incorrect, sadly I had already paid. I have contacted them a number of times and been ignored - a far cry from when with them... The staff showed an interest, a want to learn English and mix with all Nationalities, they even made personal recommendations. The sad truth is, all they want is your money! We had a great 2 days at RF and it's really disappointing to be writing them a negative review, but please, stay elsewhere. Failing that, don't fall for their falseness.
So beautiful place in the center with nine rooms, two living rooms, top terrace, pool and kitchen. The best part is food. Excellent cook prepare delicious food. All is clean and staff are so friendly. I give high recommend to Riad Farah!
Azziza was so welcoming and helpful, making sure our group of ladies felt safe and at home. The location is excellent so don't be put off by the back street arrival! Rooms all colourful and individually decorated. Home cooking served on request. A memorable visit and I would stay there again.
I traveled to Marrakech with my brother and a close friend of mine with no idea what to expect! Because we stayed at Riad el Farah our visit was beyond exceptional! Mohamed, the owner of the Riad met us at the airport and drove us to the Riad, on the way pointing out landmarks and making us feel very much at home when we arrived. His cooking is absolutely amazing with great Moroccan style tangiens and home made soups. He toured us around the market and to the major land marks in old town the first full day we were in Morocco and took us to a great local restaurant for lunch. He also took us in his car to the Atlas Mountains for a day which was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend! The Riad itself is beautiful and done in Morrocan style with an open courtyard and a roof terrance which we spent evenings and down time on, also with only four rooms it makes you feel as if you are at home :)…
