The room was dirty, the shower was not working properly, and from the sinkhole came out a real bad smell. On top of it, the morning breakfast is just a joke: on a dirty old tablecloth we have been served with one piece of bread, one spoon of butter and one of jam and a dry "pain au chocolat". We... Very quiet place, kind staff, room with balcony. The atmosphere in the bar and in the lounge area was intresting. Pity the bathrooms are awful, and the the fact that there were 2 single beds instead of a kingsize in our room. Very nice neighbourood for shopping.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and was pleasantly surprised. I wasnt expecting much from it having read the other reviews here, but my fears proved to be unfounded. The room was rough around the edges, but pleasant, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were all extremely pleasant. It is true that they did not speak much... More

As we walked in to the lobby we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who handled our check in. I remember every morning the cleaners washing the floors and maintaining cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good , especially the orange marmalade and the coffee. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the... More

Let's start with the good. The coffee (at 10 dirham) from the bar is extremely good. Having spent a month seeing most of Morocco it was probably my favourite! On the other hand having slept in over 10+ different hotels across all of Morocco (including base camp on Mt. Toubkal) and this would be my least favourite. Paper thin walls,... More

Arrived after midnight to a locked up hotel, after ringing the bell for several minutes a surly unhelpful night porter eventually let us in. He spoke no English but eventually we were given a key to a room somewhere in the hotel. No help with luggage no help in finding our room in fact no help at all. Not a... More

Wifi is intermittent, staff don't speak English so make sure you have some French! Other than that it's pleasant enough. You can walk to the medina quite comfortably and it's located near a lot of useful amenities.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel, with a vast buffet breakfast, rooms that have a plasma screen telly, top notch bathroom. And a massive swimming pool, then this won't be the hotel for you, however if you want a centrally located, basic hotel that has a comfy bed, a nice courtyard and does a good mint tea, then this... Hotel is quite far from center (but near is bus stop), rooms have specific smell, cold bathroom floor, not well working WC. The toilet of next room was directly behind wall, where was our bed, so during the sleep we heard other people pissing. During breakfast there is no self service, you can't take water/coffe/juice as match as you like... More
