We just returned from Marrakech where we stayed at the Bab hotel. The rooms were great, clean, spacious and great for a family of four. But what made our stay perfect was the kind staff. Everyone was eager to help us, every little wish was attended to in no time and we were always greeted with a smile. The roof top bar is the place to be for a nice sunset drink, food was delicious (especially the tapas) and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety and something for everyone’s taste. A big shout out to the new GM Khalid Gerroui who really makes a difference in how welcome you feel at the hotel and how smoothly it is run. Chapeau and keep it going !!

This boutique hotel is truly hidden gem. I have stayed multiple times at Bab Hotel and I can guarantee you an excellent and pleasant stay. From the front desk all the way to the general manager, everyone is so friendly and always available and willing to be courteous. Cleanliness: the rooms are always thoroughly cleaned and beautifully designed. The showers and bathtub are spacious and welcoming. Every room I stayed in had a small terrace if you like to enjoy the night breeze or coffee outdoors. The beds are very cozy. Swimming Pool: it has a nice semi-indoor swimming pool for you to cool off during the day. Breakfast: great variety of Moroccan breakfast choices as well as a continental breakfast choices. Customer service: the staff and the general manager (Mr. Khalil) are always available, and extremely welcoming, they make sure every guest is well taken care of, and they go up and beyond to make your stay pleasant Location: it is right in Gueliz vicinity, you can literally walk to anywhere. There is a mid size mall (Caree Eden) within walking distance for some shopping and restaurants right on the Main Street.

As an American doing business in Morocco for twelve years I can not say enough. I have stayed at this hotel a couple times a year for over a decade for many reasons. They pamper you !!! Just this trip the manager Mr. Khalil Guerraoui, offered to help and resolved everything that could have been complicated and time consuming. He and the amazing staff handled it all for me. There is nothing they won't do. This excellence in client care is what keeps me coming back. There is nothing that they will not do for you from arranging Covid tests, transportation, or anything else you might encounter. Its like The staff is efficient and kind and at our service 24/7. The rooms are large and beds extremely comfortable, the restaurant chef is amazing and the food delicious. They also have a pool, hamam, and masseuse available. This is an intimate small boutique hotel where you leave feeling like they will remember you. And they do! It is my home in Marrakech.
