Beautiful riad in every detail and very peaceful. The room was clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff including the manager Saleh were outstanding. The manager Saleh was very kind, always greeting us with a smile and happy to help with anything or answer any questions. We saw this riad as a wonderful serene environment...

Having been greeted by Saleh who guided me though the winding roads of the souk to the Riad, I was amazed by the peaceful contrast to that of the Medina. The Riad was cool, clean and bright and my room (Ivory room on the first floor) was a welcome surprise. It was perfect. Air con. en suite, authentic decour. This...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Chi Chi for three nights in early September, and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. The riad is a calm, cool bolt-hole from the chaos of the souks. We stayed in Indigo room on the second floor - a plain, simple but lovely room with twin sinks and a huge bath. The roof terrace...

The Chi Chi is a sanctuary of calm and kindness to the madness and mayhem that is Marrakesh. When you finally reach this small but beautiful white washed courtyard Riad you will give a huge sigh of relief.... although the streets of the Medina are filled with the most exotic of treasures and antiquities, vibrant of color and rampant with...

Wonderfully peaceful little Riad with lovely large rooms (which can be hard to find in the old town). The real highlight of this Riad is definitely the staff, so helpful, warm and accommodating. Highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed at Riad ChiChi for 4 nights in May and cannot recommend it enough. Our room was spacious and cool, the breakfast was delicious (make sure to request an omlette), and the staff were wonderful. Located in the heart of the chaotic Souks, this Riad offered an oasis of peace amongst the vibrant markets. Friendly welcome upon arrival that lasted throughout our stay. Both Sala and Abdul were both personable and couldn't do enough to help us. Excellent bed, good en suite and good breakfast. The only thing we would suggest is to have more...

We loved staying at Riad Chi Chi during our time in Marrakech! It was our first destination in Morocco and a very nice welcome to the country. We used their airport pick-up and the transition from the airport to the Riad was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and well appointed and the location...

We got a big discount on the standard rate (we were paying about $50 per night I think) but I'm reviewing this hotel based on what most people will pay. The decor is nice - a lot of white and light colours, which makes a nice change from most hotels in Morocco! The room was perfectly fine - on the...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review . We value all feed back that we receive. It is true that the Medina is not for everyone . The Medina is the real Marrakech and an historical old city. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Riad Chi-Chi is a small, chic riad in a great location. It is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of the Medina, close to the Musée de Marrakech and the Medersa Ben Youssef, only 1 minute from the entrance to the Souks and a short stroll through the Souks to the Square, Place Jemaa el Fna. It has 4 double bedrooms and 1 suite (max. occupancy 11), each with an en-suite bathroom. Its cool, simple and elegant lines create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of intimate sitting areas - roof terrace, courtyard with soothing fountain and Islamic pool, b’hou (Moroccan sitting area) and salon. Fabulous views over the Atlas Mountains from the roof terrace. In the evenings the riad is bathed in candlelight adding to the romantic feeling of this gorgeous riad. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere means that staying at Riad Chi-Chi is more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. The riad offers a whole range of services, such as being served mint tea with pastries on arrival, mineral water in your room on arrival, free internet access, use of a mobile phone during your stay. On top of that, the riad will be happy to arrange trips, recommend and organise restaurant bookings as well as beauty/massage treatments in the riad leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay in Marrakech. ... more   less
