In all my years of travel, I have never stayed at a property as unique as Riad Mehdia. It has the feel of a very exotic, discrete boutique hotel--yet it's not really a hotel. The term 'B&B' does not do it justice either. The previous review is very accurate: A labyrinth of rooms and outdoor spaces, lovingly decorated, where every...

Absolutely gorgeous Riad right in the center of the Medina. We got one of the Superior rooms wanting something special for our last two nights in Marrakech and just loved it. We got the room upstairs on the terrace, built in Berber Kasbah style with walls made of mud and straw. The room was beautiful, as was the open bathroom...

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms very nice, clean, lovely inner courtyard and roof terrace. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, with the swifts flitting over our heads and the delicious carrot jam! We ate evening meals here too, which were excellent- delicious tagines. It is also very close to the main square, only 3 minutes walk...

Beautiful little Riad hidden away from all the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Staff were attentive and friendly, rooms are beautiful, clean and tidy and well looked after. Breakfast was out of this world, every morning we had breakfast up on the roof terrace, later in the afternoon after a mad day around to markets we would come back to...

Staff and especially the host is very friendly. We had a nice stay with a nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace in the mornings. Rooms are a bit dark, but I guess that's the way that the riads are. Wifi was a hit and miss in room, but not that bad. Would definately recommend Riad Mehdia. Just make sure you...

Just back from staying here with my girlfriend and its a great place to stay. I sat with my girlfriend on the roof top terrace and we both agreed that we couldn't think of anything that we seriously didn't like about Riad Mehdia. Couple of issues with WiFi but that's a small issue. It's a wee bit tricky to find...

Wonderful location, great little Rhiad which serves amazing dinners and rooftop breakfasts with panoramic views of the atlas mountains. Not recommended for large groups or loud people. Our taxi driver was booked through the hotel and he only charges 60 euro for an hours drive to the atlas mountains, waited for us and took us back.

Taxis can gain access close to this charming hotel by a backstreet carpark. The rooms are just lovely and beautifully decorated. Try to get a room which opens onto the courtyard rather than one which has street noise. Breakfast on the roof is a real treat. Hassan is one of the people in charge and he was exceptionally helpful. It...

“Only thing to note is the rooms facing the road can be a little noisier (donkeys, mopeds passing etc.) so if you're a light sleeper, try and book a room towards the back.”
