This Riad is the BEST of all! It is so pretty and location is excellent. Hasna and Khadija help us with EVERYTHING , to get around the city and booking our Hammam, camel ride, shopping I mean everything. If you are traveling to Marrakech, there is no better place to stay. My wife and I love Riad Basma and call... More

The riad is great located, in the middle of Medina. We arranged transfer service from the airport to the Riad, it costed us 15€ and I highly recommend it because the first time is quite difficult to find the Riad in the small streets without names... The breakfast is different every day and made by two nice girls and we... More

What a great place this is. My third time here, and I hope to return many times. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are lovely, and there is an air of peace and calm as soon as you enter the Riad. A hidden gem.

This place is bursting with colours and all different mixtures of styles. It will please your eye and your soul. It is very clean and welcoming. Also, the hostess was extremely friendly and pleasant. Her company really made a difference as we felt safe and in good hands. If we could, we would have stayed in this place itself without... More

The Riad was very comfortable with spacious bedrooms and relaxing communal spaces especially the roof terrace. Hasna and Khadija were the most friendly and helpful hosts possible with answers to all our questions and invaluable tips and suggestions. They provided us with a marvellous cookery class and Hasna joined us for dinner on the roof terrace. Unforgettable. At their recommendation... More

This is Riad is incredibly beautiful. Our ensuite room had everything we needed, was very clean and was extremely quiet. There is air conditioning, wifi and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about Marrakech. We were really happy with our stay. We didn't have breakfast, but the chai was incredible. There is a quiet roof top terrace with a... More

We stayed in this riad for a couple of days. The rooms are beautiful, it's clean and the riad has a nice rooftop. The hostes speaks english very well and is really helpful. Breakfast changes every day and is nice too! A great place to stay, within a few minutes of the djemnaa el-fna. Highly recommended!

My partner and i stayed at Riad Basma in early May for a week and it couldn't have been a better choice. We were picked up at the airport by arrangement with our hosts and brought right to the door. The riad is so close to Djamaa al Fna but you would never know it as it was so quiet and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights and we were more than impressed. When we arrived we were put into a lovely room but we were then offered a larger room free of charge which was just as lovely. The entire riad is decorated to perfection; from the sinks to the artwork to the roof terrace, everything is... More

Not recommended, here is the list why. The place itself is a lovely, ethnic-style riad with a lot of colours and ornaments which make it a cozy place to stay - and the only accomodation in Morocco where I found a hairdryer in the room. Unfortunately almost everything else was under the level we expected. Breakfast tends to be very... More
