We were very happy with the Riad. It's only about 20 minutes from the airport, but can be difficult to find the first time you arrive so I recommend asking the riad to have someone meet you. Our room was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. The air-conditioning struggled, it only went down to 18. With the windows closed it... More

Riad Alamir is just a 10 min walk from the lively jma el fna. The room was clean, but the shower was broken, breakfast was alright and the staff were pleasant and helpful. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Would go def go back.

The Riad has a very good location, just 10 min away from the main square. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed is super comfy, after all day walking around that's what you really need. Breakfast is nice, pancakes, bread, fruit, juice, jam, butter... The staff is superb Rasheed and Samira are great value to the place. The... More

I waited some weeks to write this review, as I left the Riad very frustrated with its procedures and I wanted some time (and the rest of our stay in Morocco) to put our stay into perspective. I've decided I have very mixed feeling about our stay, so I've broken down the categories for the curious below: Payment: I'm putting... More

Hello, It is never easy to read your comments, but this one helps us a lot better than 10 thanks. 1) I read your correspondence with Amine and indeed it has never communicated the price of € 15 for the reception airport. It is a mistake on our part has not done. 2) reserve all our receptions airport or train... More

Stayed in this Riad for 2 nights in September as we wanted something a little nicer after staying in hostels for quiet some time. It was a fantastic choice! The interior design of the riad is very clean and modern. We were upgraded to a suite that had a large double bed which was super comfortable, as well as a... More

Rasheed the owner is a very helpful, friendly man. I wish I could remember the cooks name, as she was fantastic. The two dinners I ate at the Riad were absolutely wonderful and tasty. The Riad is very clean and you feel very safe and comfortable.

It could be a bit tricky to actually find this place down the little alley ways and once you are there you still wouldn't know it! However, it is worth the hunt to track it down! A taxi will not be able to get you close and so it will be well worth hiring somebody to cart your luggage if... More

I spent three nights at Riad Alamir in mid-June. This was my first time to Morocco and the riad was a great place to start a ten day holiday. The room was clean, the riad was stylishly decorated in the communal areas, and the welcome and service from staff was warm and welcoming throughout my stay. In particular, Rasheed looked... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Riad Alamir is a place which we wanted quite at the same time intimate and friendly, close to the excitement of souks and far from the noise, easily accessible and nevertheless nested everything at the bottom of an alley of the Medina. Placed within one of its most prestigious districts, it is in two minutes of a taxi and in seven minutes on foot of the famous Place Jemaa El Fna. ... more   less
