There are no words that can describe how amazing this place is and the experiences we had here. Omar is truly an excellent host and an just simply a nice person who is willing to help you and accommodate you to feel welcome. The Riad is in a great location only 5 or so minute walk to the main square... More

I had the best experience staying here at riad sidi Omar! The place itself is in a really good location as its close to the main square but in cute little area so people aren't making heaps of noise outside the place. The room was really clean and the courtyard and rooftop were really beautiful. Omar was wonderful- he told... More

Perhaps not the obvious choice when staying in the heart of Marrakech...but this beautiful traditional family run Riad is perfect if you want to get a feel for how the locals live and to really get amongst it. Tucked away just a couple of minutes walk from the main square of Jeema el fna, down a windy labyrinth of back... More

I stayed here on 2 separate stays during my time in Morocco. Omar and his family are so warm, friendly and welcoming, they truly made me feel at home. I really enjoyed talking to Omar and getting to know him. Finding out about his life in Morocco was one of the highlights of my trip. Plus the food is incredible... More

A beautiful and comfortable riad located in the heart of the medina. Omar and his family proved welcoming, providing an ideal environment to relax from the bustle of Marrakech. Also, you can check out their farm property located 10kn outside of town for a bit more of a country feel.

Staying at Riad Sidi Omar was a wonderful experience and exceptional value for money. Hidden amongst the labyrinth of streets of old town Marrakech, the riad is full of character and charm. Omar is a fantastic host who is happy to arrange tours and give suggestions about what to see during your time in the city. The breakfast is also... More

First of all, if you really want to experience the true Marrakech life, you have to stay in one of the riads inside the city walls. There are a lot of hotels outside of the city walls that are very nice and european, but they don't give you that authentic feeling. This riad is very welcoming and you really feel... More

I felt very welcome at the riad and was made to feel comfortable by the family. I slept well and there was a great selection of delicious things to eat at breakfast and Jawad had organised further trips to the mountains and the desert which were fantastic and I didn't have to worry about how to get there or where... Sidi Omar and his family were always very friendly and helpful. They prepared an included breakfast each morning, when we woke up. It was delicious. After exhausting walks and haggles with the locals in the medina it was always very nice to come back to this safe place, where the family was so helpful and sincere. It helped us to... More

There is nothing bad to say about Riad Sidi Omar. This Riad is run by Omar and his family they were all very friendly and it definitely felt like being at a home away from home here! My boyfriend and I were both ill during our stay and they would all ask us how we were feeling which was nice.... More
