We stayed in a decent room for 3 nights but nobody except a guy who served poor breakfast bothered to smile. I asked for hot water for tea one evening and I got a bottle of warm water... The receptionists never smiled, looked like guests are a trouble at all times...

Booked Hotel Imilchil because of a good deal.Reading the negative comments I was not quite sure If I made the right decision but Im so happy I took this risk. From the first moment I stepped into the hotel I had only good experience. The person who checked me in happily changed my room as I said I would really like a...

We were treated like crap from the first moment we entered the hotel. Check in was anytime, unfortunately this was untrue as no rooms were ready and we had to wait for 2 hours. No shuttle either from airport, we had to hire private taxi. Mohammed (the tall manager)told us to sit and wait for rooms, didn't bother asking who...

Stayed here on the first and last night of a cycle touring package. With so many good hotels nearby I cannot understand how any tour company can let them stay in business. On both visits blankets looked dirty, toilets did not flush properly. Breakfast was mediocre with service frustratingly slow despite plenty of dining room staff who stood around chatting...

A dark depressing dingy place. I had to stay here as part of an EXPLORE travel package. Its very basic and should only be considered if you are on a poor budget or are desperate. Its noisy being between two main roads. (TIP; ask for a room at the back, they are slightly quieter); Rooms consist of a bed and...

I stayed here two nights as part of a package tour (it was a hiking tour and this was the first and last night). Hotel is conveniently located and staff was nice. It's just a bit drab. Carpets need to be replaced, a good paint job in the rooms, maybe more artwork on the walls. When I first checked into...

I had a medium room on floor 5 that was reasonably clean and it had a balcony but the shower was too low and the toilet didn't flush properly so waste was left. The Air Conditioning didn't work in the room I was in - the hotel does make you hand in your key whenever you leave the hotel which...

Meals are functionala nd service a tad slow. Not a place that i would recommend for a family to stay in because there is little or...

This hotel just outside the medina walls has a some nice lobby lounges, but very basic rooms with twin beds. You could be anywhere in the world. Reasonably clean, and the heating worked (important in December). The toilets don't flush properly and water is sometimes brown in the sink. Definitely bring bottled water. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast is very...

I came here with a group and I had made an additional booking for one extra night through my travel agency. When checking in, I asked the staff whether they had well received the payment for the extra night and they told me 'yes yes everything is fine'. I asked again the three consecutive days of my stay with the...
