We stayed at the riad with our daughter and her husband and our 7-month-old grand baby, and the entire staff was a delight, so helpful and welcoming. And the riad itself has the air of an historic family home, with multiple terraces for relaxing in the sun and incredible flowers throughout. Mohammed was great, even ordering pizza when the baby... The service from all staff at the hotel was excellent. So very helpful, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They contacted us before arrival for location directions and arrival advice. This good advice continued after arrival from Mohammed telling us of local sites, recommended restaurants and safety tips. The ladies working in the kitchen... More

My wife and I wanted a Riad experience in Morocco and did we get that!!! This is one of the most enjoyable trips we made. The team at Riad Le Coq Fou is EXCELLENT. Mohamed and Ahmed along with the two ladies in the kitchen took exquisite care of us. On our arrival Mohamed briefed us on options we had... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coq Fou. It has an ideal location in the heart of the medina with a great view from its many terraces. The riad itself is a quiet oasis with beautiful architecture and pools in the courtyard. Amongst all the members of our party, we stayed in three different rooms, all of which were... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here on our first few nights in Morocco. Mohammed, the manager, was very helpful and full of good advice. he was always happy to go above and beyond. Special mention to Hamad also. The riad itself is in a great spot within the Medina, had a great rooftop terrace and really is an escape from... More

I had never visited Marrakech before so I was a little apprehensive after all the tales I had been told and I think I would of continued this way if it had not been for Le Coq Fou being my choice of accommodation. I have travelled many places and I have to say this is one of the best places... More

We stayed at Le Coq Fou on the last two nights of a two week trip to Morocco. Our room was lovely and quiet, the roof deck was a wonderful place to have our amazing breakfast each morning. The manager Mohammad greeted us and helped us navigate the Medina as well as made some lovely restaurant suggestions. Ahmed took us... More

Stayed there with friends and the Riad has a very good location, with nice views of the city and is amazingly quiet. On first day had an all day guide tour(which I think was a mistake, half day guide tour is more than enough), is nice to be taken around as you might feel quite overwhelmed upon arrival and the... While we stayed at the Berbe, we had a cooking class here. Prior to our arrival, we worked out a cooking class with Elisabetta. This was their first time. It was amazing. You need to do the cooking class here. My wife and I had allot of fun. The class started with meeting our cook. She and Mohammed to my... More
