Spent 2 weeks with my husband in the riad next to Bahia Palace...just great! The italian couple who runs the resort is adorable, their riad is very cozy and clean, good french breakfast, nice pool and solarium. ADVICE: ask for a mint tea on the upper terrasse roof when the sun goes down...magic! Caterina & Stefano, italians from Paris

Smart comfortable riad in South of Medina close to Palace el Bahia, simple yet stylish rooms clustered around a plunge pool - upstairs is a bright but shady roof terrace with views to Koutoubia and towards the Square. Very friendly Italian Moroccan team run the very clean Riad which serves up great breakfasts complete with fresh baguettes, pastries, croissants juice etc. They will also call out for authentic Italian pizzas to be delivered and eaten on the terrace with a cold beer or glass of Moroccan red for those who are tired of couscous and tagine! We would definetely reccommend to other families wanting a comfortable place to stay in Marrakech .

Just returned from a 2 week trip to morocco - finished with 2 nights at Riad Al Warda. Lovely, lovely place. Clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The 2 italian proprieters were constantly smiley and helpful without being intrusive. They did not seem perturbed by our 3 noisy children enjoying the plunge pool. Huge breakfast. The riad is situated in an interesting area in the south of the medina, close to the jewish quarter and a short walk to the main square.

I spent 5 days at the Riad al Warda during the xmas time. I was there with some family member and we had a wonderful experience! Rooms and common areas were well cleaned, moreover in the bathroom there were some products such as shampoo, gel shower, and bodymilk for the guests use, and they were refurbished every day. The breakfast was amazing : fresh orange juice, natural yoghurt, 2 kind of pastries, coffee, milk and thé, and french baguette with various kind of jams! The owners, two italians are very nice and friendly! they live in the Riad so whatever you need they are there. They gave us a lot of advices about Marrakech and about real prices in the souk and about monuments to visit. We also ate at the Riad, they have typical italian food but I can say that the pasta with
