Arrived early - able to leave our luggage but would not release our room 1 minute early! Then it took 20 mins to book in as the person on the desk was too busy chatting & attending to those who came after us, in the end I asked if he was going to book me in! Finally, after the concierge...

The hotel is located close to Qutoubia Masjid which we loved. Also very close to Jamaah Al Fina. The hotel can do with an upgrade but the people and location is great. We travel a lot and mostly camp, so this hotel was good enough for us

Myself and 70+ year old mum have just returned from a 4 night break. The hotel was a convenient distance from the airport. The few minute walk to the souk and square was delightful. Check in was fine. We found the staff to be helpful but a special mention must go to the young lady (sorry don't know your name!)...

We stayed at this hotel now 3 times. First stay was pretty disappointing but because of the location we stayed again last year and felt there had been a slight improvement in the place, especially breakfast, so when coming again this year we decided to book again, but that was not a good decision. We went in March which for...

Upon arriving to this hotel we were asked to sit down in the lobby to fill out our paperwork. They require a letter to be filled out for security reasons. The gentlemen who was helping us with that was very unprofessional. He was wearing a winter jacket, did not introduce himself nor was he carrying himself out as a representative...

I liked this hotel even though it could do with some upgrading. It was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and the snack bar had good food and was reasonably priced. There was a lovely tortoise by the pool. Good stay. Great location! 👍🏻

I stayed in this hotel with my husband for 2 days visiting Marrakesh for the first time. I booked online and payed 100£ for 2 nights quite expensive for Marrakesh but said better stay comfortable for 2 nights. First of all the hotel website says it's 4 stars and when you book the room the breakfast is included so you...

we chose this hotel mainly for its location, we read the reviews and were expecting a poor stay but were prepared to put up with it for the great location. However we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and presentable. Staff were fairly friendly, We had an issue with noise when new guests stayed in the room next to...
