You cant pay by debit/credit card but restaurants , pool bar, night bar, room service etc bills you can send to your room number by signing bill and then later pay in local currency on checkout. All of these are charged in MAD local currency otherwise but there is a money exchange service at reception and also ATM where you withdraw money in local currency with your debit/credit card 🙂
