What a gem! I am a hotelier myself, and therefore attuned to any faults that are obvious, but I can say with pleasure that our stay at The Palais Blanc was utter pleasure. An orange blossom scented oasis, with a reasonably sized pool, charming room, and, Oh! The staff - I wish they would all come and work for me. Well done to each and every one of you with whom we had contact. One tiny word of warning - The property will soon become in danger of becoming tired. The decor is on the verge of going from shabby-chic, to plain tired. A coat of paint, a re-polish, some nice new white grouting, and this place will be beyond spectacular.
This place is pure MAGIC!!!! From the enchanting orange blossom scent when you walk in to the serene oasis this riad becomes at night. The entire place is stunning. All white oasis and each room is like your own apartment. The absolute best part of Palais Blanc-AHMED!! This man’s smile is EVERYTHING!!! Not to mention he’s the sweetest and very handsome. The ladies that took care of us and our rooms are absolutely beautiful and so warm!! They are so hospitable and will take care of all your needs during your stay. I can’t wait to go back!!! We love you Riad Palais Blanc!! 💕💕
From a busy street, through a maze in the medina, you happen upon an inconspicuous door, summon the manager, and enter a relaxing oasis of a riad. Open air dining on the second floor terrace, but you need to make reservations in advance. Staff is attentive and welcoming, particularly if you engage with appropriate cultural manners. Breakfast is included, with a large variety of delectable items.
went to marrakech for my vacation this year it was amazing stayed at RIAD PALAIS BLANC me and my husband Noureddine elk this place was one of the nicest places i’ve ever stayed in morocco and i’ve been to a lot it’s clean peaceful and just like your in a different world the staff ahmed and abdelouhab couldn’t do enough for you these guys presence would of been truly enough am actually so sad to be leaving riad blanc but my time here is over and we’re away to another hotel close by to join up with family i will definitely make it my one and only place to stay each time i return to morocco thank you for everything 😊
This riad is in the heart of the Medina and 10 mins walk to the back of the souks plus walking distance to some nice restaurants like El Fenn, Kabana and Jardin de Lotus. The welcome, attention to detail and the level of service at Palais Blanc cannot be beaten. Ahmed and his team cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble! Restaurant reservations, taxis, tours, airport transfers - you only have to ask. The riad is very clean and the rooms are spotless. We celebrated 2 birthdays and the room was decorated with balloons and birthday tinsel plus all of the staff came and sang Happy Birthday in English, French and then Arabic and also brought the most delicious cake 🎂 Every afternoon mint tea is served with lovely lemon cake. I am missing this now I am home ... Breakfast is served upstairs and there is plenty of choice and you can have eggs any way if you ask. What makes this riad so different and special is the staff that work incredibly hard to make sure you have a great experience. They work long hours in extreme heat but always have a smile for you. Achmed and Abdul have a great sense of humour but are so professional as well. I would not hesitate to come back and stay here ...forget the fancy hotels in the new town, stay here with genuinely lovely people 💕…
Lovely room, great setting and unbeatable service. This room was one of the loveliest we stayed in Morocco. The swimming pool was amazing and breakfast had a wide selection. However, the service was absolutely unbeatable, catering to all of our needs remaining friendly from start to finish. Even after we left some of our belongings by accident, they went above and be beyond to send them across to our next hotel in Essaouria 3hrs a way! A special mention to Ahmed who was always smiling and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!!
A really pretty Riad bit far from the souks. Ahmed looked after us the three nights we were here and he couldn’t have done more, the staff are super friendly and remember small things like what you drink at breakfast. The grounds were immaculate, always being cleaned. Ahmed would order us a taxi and walk us to him so we didn’t get harassed (or hit by a moped!) which was a really nice touch. The room was lovely with a big bathroom and excellent shower., we loved the outside terrace with sat bed. When I return to marrakech I will definitely stay here again
Many thanks to the Riyad staff who were just lovely and kind and helped us with every request. Recommended us things to see in the area. Thanks to a friend Ahmad who kindly took care of us. We'll be sure to return to Riyadh. Bast and beautiful riyad.
Amazing location, it is simply a beautiful property. Thanks to all staff members for the great hospitality, especially to Ahmed Al-Qasimi for making us feel at home. We really loved the alcoves seating area in front of our room by the pool, it was a dream to have hot tea and cake served there every evening! Robson & Alex
This is a great riad with some of the best and most attentive staff I have come across, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lively and really well finished, beds very comfortable although could perhaps do with softer pillows for those with neck or shoulder issue. Great location just north of the souks, usual calm inside the hotel and mayhem outside. A proper white tiled oasis. Went on several of the organised trips which were fabulous. They organise drivers for you for the whole day which is highly recommended to save your legs. Thank you for a wonderful week
