I've been to many different 5* hotels around the world and I've never seen such a poor service in a hotel of that category. The hotel staff is not well trained. During breakfast, for example, they don't clean the tables and take hours to bring whatever you asked for. The room is spacious but the AC and the shower do...

Pros: --Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool --Water in the fridge extremely convenient Cons: --Old, rough towels and bathrobes --The front desk kept trying to rip us off with cabs! Told us it cost 100dh when really it should have cost closer to 25dh --spotty internet in a few places

Location is not the best, but a quick short walk just outside the medina. It's perfect for a long stay, since it offers the high quality and standard of a western hotel accommodation and services. Great pool, with wonderful view at night and a excellent spa (very clean, relaxing of great quality and style). Service here is excellent, the staff is...

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We came with the family and the staff is extremely friendly with them. The kids club is great. The food (breakfast and dinner) is really good. The price for breakfast is little bit high. We had a good time there, I recommend this place !

I should say that quite everything was brilliant: attentive check-in, guiding to the room, explanations on amenities available, fruits and evening service in room, small balcony, overlooking pool (stayed on 3rd floor in room 319). Large hotel territory including not only hotel building and pool, but several riads (you can drive inside the hotel territory quite close to your riad)....

Having always stayed in riads previously, we thought we'd treat ourselves and book somewhere a bit more upmarket with a large pool. The hotel is only a ten-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa so makes for the perfect location to explore that area of the city. Rooms are well appointed, a decent size and serviced daily. Staff were friendly and service...

We visited with our friends last week and stayed 4 nts, room 214, very spacious clean modern room and large balcony over looking a beautiful large pool. The hotel is excellent, fantastic service and attentive staff at all times. The food let's this hotel down, round the pool the food takes an hour to arrive and then it arrives cold!...

Rooms were big but had a musty smell. Service was good. Bed was hard as rock Expensive for the what what was offered Location was good. Poor maintenance. Lobby looks good and inviting the rest of the hotel requires attention for 5 star rating.

I stayed for three nights at this first class hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. Great balcony overlooking the fantastic heated pool. Breakfast was very good with a full buffet served. We stayed here in for two nights, and although the room rate was good, the price for any other additional items was absolutely crazy. When you get breakfast, they ask you for the room number, implying it's included, but they don't say a word about it being an additional charge until after you finish, when you find out it's €25...

Dear Wertasdf, We thank you for your comments that have been shared with the teams. We are happy to see you enjoyed the hotel. As breakfast was not included in your room rate, it is normal to have an additional charge for the full buffet breakfast. I can assure you that our F&B rates are lower than the other five...
