We had a lovely trip to Morocco - the scenery and experience were above our expectations. The High Atlas and desert were amazing. Our start in the Riad for 3 days could not have been better - the English couple who own it have great staff who really looked after us well and the food was top quality, locally sourced... More

Very friendly service and well run riad hidden in very authentic part of medina. Food good and decor excellent. Ibrahim ,the Guide provided ,was useful ( indeed essential initially) , friendly and v knowledgeable and did not lead us into too much temptation with unnecessary visits to shops etc. There are few tourist trappings at this end of the medina... Wow....what a find, you can not be helped to be blown away by the decor and such friendly welcoming, warm staff....it has lots to offer off the beaten track.....a taste of real Morocco but with a 4* touch. You will struggle to find a better gem.

Hidden out of the way but am amazing find. It was like walking in to another world from the hustle and bustle outside, which is all around Marrakech. The whole Riad was impressive from start to finish, spotlessly clean, which is a must, fantastic local food and a real warm service. This is not your backpack Riad but a bit... More

Although I have been to Morocco many times, this was by far the best experience. Riad ZamZam was just what we were looking for. We needed to have few relaxing days and wanted to experience the beautiful Moroccan cuisine and culture. We choose Zam Zam by recommendation and we were so glad we did. The decoration is gorgeous, tastefull. Emma... More

You'd expect Marrakech to be exotic - it is. You'd expect the souks to be bewildering - they are. You'd expect the old Medina to be a maze - it is, but you might not expect that behind an anonymous door in a dark narrow alley in the depths of that maze you would find a delightful oasis of peace... Zamzam is as beautiful as all the photos suggest. A real oasis in the Medina mayhem. However, the staff are what really set this place apart (thank you Imane, Faisal, Aziz, and all the other lovely staff.). Imane's background info on the first day was spot on, in terms of where to go, where to eat, what to see, what... More

The riad has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail. Rooms were stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive and the food was excellent. The best place i've stayed in marrakech.
