The house is lovely, the rooms are clean. The staff was nice only upon arrival, because we payed right after that. The dinner they offered us in Riad was the worst and the most expensive in our hole trip. It was made in microwave and was sell to us as a home cooked meal. They keep changing the prices.

First of all the staff was very friendly and the service at the beginning was very good. After two nights though (complete payment was on the second day) the manager didnt seem to care that much any more and we were denied a couple of things like having breakfast on the terrace (simply because he didnt want to bring it... We are a hungarian couple from England. We spent 4 nights in the Riad, and we can say,we had a lovely time there. Who is looking for a not expensive and traditional place to stay, we offer them. Our english is not too good, and I think, the previous two reviews described everything about the place and the staff. But we would like... If you arrive by car, your first impression will be 'where the heck am I and where is this place??'. This is because the Riad is inside the Medina and not accessible be the roads, which ends on the back-side of the Medina. My first suggestion is to ask the driver to call the Riad so the porter will be... More

Our stay at Riad Dar Nael was absolutely lovely, the main reason why we loved our stay at this Riad was due to the staff as they really made us feel at home! Anas welcomed us upon arrival and was a great host throughout the duration of our stay, always giving honest advice about the locals and getting about. We... More

The riad is far from center, in kind of a dangerous part of medina. Beside the fact that is really difficult to find it, the local people just make it harder by keep telling you all the time that "the road is closed!" so u can go after them, really get lost and perhaps remain without money, also. On first day... More

Its beautiful without a doubt. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The only problem, and I have to admit its part our problem of not surveying, was on the excessive transport fee that they charged us. 15 euro for less than 10 minutes one way taxi ride from the square to the riad was a bit too much as... Riad is excellent value and has great rooms and terrace. Nothing bad about the riad and the service, but getting there is almost impossible without GPS or so-called local "guides". There is not a single directional sign until you get to the front door of the riad literally. Even with a map in hand, it is very difficult to find... More

Three of us went to Morocco and this was the second place we stayed, the staff were friendly and helpful as we were hassled by a few locals on the way there and all we did was ring the door bell and they sent them on their way and let us in. The food was good all of our favorite... More

I really loved this place. The Riad is the most beautiful house I've been so far in Morocco. The rooftop terrace is just perfect and the rooms are cozy and with this nice rustic moroccan decoration. The staff is really friendly. Someone put on a comment that no one spoke english but when I was there the guy in charge... More
