We stayed at Hotel Dellarosa for a week in June. This was our first visit to Marrakech. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming. We were served by Mossiin in the bar area. Mossiin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at all times. Yassine on the front desk went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure we were having a good time. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was delicious. A very wide variety of continental breakfast and hot local options. The mint tea served daily at breakfast is delicious and we are already missing it. All staff are so friendly and polite. We were very lucky to have a balcony with our room. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. We had a great stay here in the heart of Marrakech and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return.…
We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights in our tour of Morocco. The service has always been excellent with a personal touch in every approach of delivering. To mention some of the names we remember are Amine and Yassine including all other staff have always been helpful and more then welling to please. They never gave any scope to complain. The location of the hotel is very convenient for visitors. All amenities are near by. The food including breakfast and dinner was always high standard and of course delicious with wide range of choice. We will remember this pleasant experience for years to come. we will highly recommend this hotel for any visitors. Mrs Rehana khan and Asad Khan
Simply a perfect experience. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the city old souk and Medina as well as to train station and airport. Rooms and services are absolutely wonderful and the staf is perfect. The services offered are above expectations. A note has to be done on the staff, it is overall great and friendly, feels like a family. Also, the flexibility of the staff and their availability to accommodate requests, even last minute ones, is outstanding. Thus overall it is highly recommended both for work and vacation. Mr Amine and chef Azziz are to be mentioned for their greatness, professionalisn and friendliness
Delarosa is a fancy hotel with a nice ambience. However the level service is not up to par. We asked if we can have an early breakfast because we were leaving to the airport the next day at 6:30 am and breakfast starts at 7:30. The receptionist was nice and said he spoke to the chef and that it would be ready by 6am. But we get there and there was no one and no food just the coffee machine. And when the waiter came 15 minutes later he prepared take out for the other couple that came after us and ignored us. When we asked him he said we had to wait till 7:30! We told him that we had this arranged from last night, then he got us yogurt but said he can’t give us spoon 😳
the hotel is beautiful, the attention is amazing !!! since we booked the room they were very helpful on the phone and they took care of us since the moment we arrived and they made sure we were happy and we had everything we needed. They rooms are big, and super comfortable, the bathroom as well. all the amenities are nice and clean. the only reasons I didn’t gave them a 5 stars: * the breakfast could be a little better since there are not many options. but is still very good. * we had problems with the wifi a couple of times, they did try to help us but still it wasn’t working 100% of the time. If I come back I will stay in this hotel again !!!
The best customer service hotel! The holiday started with an early arrival at the hotel, the Manager and catering staff offered cakes and tee whilst we signed in. A quick tour around the spa, pool, rooftop lounge and into our room. Fantastic staff from cleaning, bar, restaurant to doormen all with smiles and offering assistance. Of course, Tarik went above and beyond to make my experience an exceptional with local advice, recommendations and prices to allow me to feel comfortable haggling with the street vendors and taxi companies. Lunch service was 3 courses of delicious food for roughly £14/P and Tarik was fantastic at explaining the menu and also the local area. I will be returning as staff were fantastic. Great rooms, sun loungers and staff.
Ok hotel if you want to spend time going out. Roof terrace is the only place to get sun. But no sun-beds up there. Staff are friendly but food is terrible. Set menu with choice of 2 dishes both meat. Vegetarians avoid unless you want to be offered chicken every night and explain that you are sure you can’t eat chicken. Bar closes at 11pm. Very pretty but I would not recommend unless you plan on being elsewhere during the day and eating out in the evenings. Oh and rooms do not have balconies. Walking distance to main square. Probably ok for a weekend stay at maximum.
Starting off with the staff. They are all amazing and helpful. They cannot do enough for you. The hotel is very nice. The lobby and lounge area look very nice with good choice of decor. We had a suite which again was very nice and clean. The bathroom was clean but some things could be improved. Our door didn’t lock and the door itself probably needs changing as it was fading in paint and slightly broken at the bottom and the shower head didn’t sit well. But these aren’t major issues at all. The bathroom was clean. Came with amenities such as soap. Shower gel and moisturiser with clean towels nearly daily. The breakfast was simple. Not much choice. But enough to have a good meal to keep you going. Overall. Excellent hotel. Would stay again definitely. Location is perfect. Guile’s shopping strip is 10min walk away. Restaurants are 10minute walk away. No need for taxis. You can walk to the square too in about 25mins. So again overall I will stay again if I am in Marrakech. It was a perfect stay.…
Excellent service great people the service was excellent hè food in the hotel was great everything I enjoyed about my stay in this hotel what can I say more great place with great people concierge everybody was very kind and helpful to me thanks a lot hopefully I see you soon
Location is good but no hot water! I had to ask them constantly everyday for hot water and they would turn it on from downstairs. My last day they never turned it on and I couldn't even shower before leaving.
