Dellarosa Hotel Suites & Spa earns high marks for its central location, making it easy for guests to explore the city on foot, and many appreciate the hotel's inviting atmosphere and modern charm. The spacious, comfortable rooms are often lauded, although some suggest they could benefit from updates. While travelers enjoy amenities like a good breakfast and live music, the absence of sunbeds and occasional service issues are noted. Cleanliness is consistently praised, and the staff's courteousness and helpful service are frequently highlighted, despite occasional delays during busy periods. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value with reasonable dining options.

I had booked a Privilege double room, which was nothing like the pictures on their booking.com page. It was on the 5th floor. It had 2 single beds instead of a double. It did have a mini-bar but it was empty (reception told me I would have to pay for it to be fully restocked if I wanted to use it). There was a padded door between my room and the room next door which was about as good as a paper curtain when it came to noise. 3 Rose petals on the bed does not make a hotel "boutique", although I must say the towels were changed, and the room cleaned daily
The roof terrace on 7th floor is nice, with comfy chairs, cushions, and a bar, but lacked one thing....a barman. (You have to walk down one floor, then get the lift down to the ground floor to order a beer.)
The bar on the ground floor is nice too, but lacking customers and dare I say, a barman. They did try, with a 2 piece band playing to the lone customer, and a selection of tasty snacks. They only time the customers exceed 6 people was because of the liverpool match on TV.
Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. There was a very helpful lady called Mumia I think who gave advice about the local area.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in was superb and we were offered some mint tea and Moroccan sweets whilst we waited for our room (we arrived 10.30am). Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice selection of items. Great location - 10 mins walk to the Medina or €5 by taxi. Would definitely stay here again if I was returning to Marrakech. The spa was closed when we stayed here, but this was not our reason for choosing this hotel so my only advise would be if you were thinking of using the spa to make sure it is open before booking. We also found a lovely little cafe near the hotel (go out front door, turn left and take first left) called Chicks. Lady was super friendly and had the best harira soup for €1. She even offered to make us couscous with chicken and vegetables on one evening - definitely worth a visit!

Hospitality, comfort and kindness of all the staff. We ate in the restaurant every night
and the service from Soumia was excellent. The drinks in the bar were a little pricey but always served with a nice tappa by Imad. Chami was always on hand to serve mint tea on arriving and after a day exploring. Dellarosa Boutique Hotel is a perfect choice for those who want to visit the splendid Marrakech. I recommend it to everybody.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this cute boutique hotel. I celebrated my 40th in Marrakech with my fiance and 2 children (8 & 15) and this was a great base to explore the magical city.

We loved the rooms, the plunge pool, breakfast (ask for eggs and they will do omelette or scrambled for you), the chilled vibes and waiting staff. It was a 30 minute walk to the main square, where you get a real feel for the most amazing city on the way in.

Rooms were turned over every day, with fresh towels, beds made and toilet paper restocked.

Only downside was sometimes the staff on reception were 'switched off' - bought pool towels out only after we asked 3 times, the rooms don't have irons and it took a long time to get one when we asked for it and they didn't seem too fussed when the fire alarm was set off 3 times during the night due to people smoking in their rooms...

Recommendations: Cafe Gourmet is less than a minute walk from the hotel with tasty international cuisines; Comptoir Darna will give you that authentic Moroccan night out with amazing food and entertainment. Visit the Movenpick Resort with a one day pool pass; lunch and towels included. Delicious cocktails, great staff and tasty gelato.

Hotel Delarosa definitely looks good in the pictures! In reality it’s just ok but was value for money as it was fairly cheap. Their website implies more than one pool when in actual fact there’s just one small pool which I don’t think ever sees the sun so no point bothering with it. The room was small but comfy beds. No tea making facilities or anywhere to hang a coat. The roof terrace was nice and we were lucky it was empty as in the summer it probably gets full. Breakfast was good (except for the coffee!) but plenty of choice and one particular member of staff needs a mention, Soumia, such a lovely friendly lady who will do anything for you, thank you. I think this hotel focuses on large groups rather than couples.
We wouldn’t go back but for what we paid it was worth it.

I had a great stay at the Dellarosa Hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and found the place to be clean, well decorated and comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Jamal from the concierge team took the time to make us feel very well looked after, assisting us with our luggage, helping us to hail taxis and giving us recommendations of places to see in the city. We very much appreciated the entire team and their warm welcome, including mint tea upon our arrival.

There was a generous breakfast buffet on order, including freshly made omelettes made to your requirements. There were hot and cold items on offer, including a variety of vegetables, breads, sweet foods and cheese and meat slices. The queue for coffee could be quite long on busy mornings but the staff did an excellent job of making sure the most popular dishes were available.

The room was spacious for two and included a small outdoor area. We were slightly cold at night (given we visited in February!) but the room came with extra blankets. The cleaning staff were very efficient and quickly turned around our room for us each day. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the roof terrace, which was a great location for a coffee and to enjoy some afternoon sun.

The location of the hotel is a short walk from the old city, taking us around 20 minutes each way. This was no problem for us, but is worth considering if you have mobility requirements. It is extremely close to a number of nice restaurants and we had no problem finding multiple options for places to eat in the area. We found the location very convenient as it was 20 minutes from the old city and around a 30 minute walk to the Jardin Marjorelle.

Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. We would like to thank the staff for looking after us so well.

I generally enjoyed my stay here, most of the staff were friendly, the room was very clean and I slept fantastically well. I liked the location which was within walking distance of the old town and it had lots of good restaurants close by. The bar was pleasant and the roof terrace very comfy.

However, on arrival we were scammed by the receptionist. He explained that there was a city tax and it had to be paid upfront in cash and amounted to DH 231, which we paid. The following morning we overheard someone paying their bill and being charged city tax of DH99. We had been fleeced out of DH132.
I was somewhat disappointed at the lack of apology from the hotel, all they offered after a phone call was that the receptionist would pay us back after 2pm. When we did ask him for it was handed over with no explanation or apology

This is the first time I have ever been scammed by a hotel, one expects it of taxis but not on check in. It let down what would otherwise have been a good stay

The Reception Manager apologized for the error of one of the members of her team and made the reimbursement. In my turn, please accept our apologies for this error. Claudine,

The best customer service hotel!
The holiday started with an early arrival at the hotel, the Manager and catering staff offered cakes and tee whilst we signed in. A quick tour around the spa, pool, rooftop lounge and into our room. Fantastic staff from cleaning, bar, restaurant to doormen all with smiles and offering assistance. Of course, Tarik went above and beyond to make my experience an exceptional with local advice, recommendations and prices to allow me to feel comfortable haggling with the street vendors and taxi companies. Lunch service was 3 courses of delicious food for roughly £14/P and Tarik was fantastic at explaining the menu and also the local area. I will be returning as staff were fantastic. Great rooms, sun loungers and staff.

Well, where do we start ? From the moment we set foot into this wonderful Tardis of a hotel we couldn't fault anything. It was just what we have been looking for. The master suite was absolutely huge just for 2 people with seperate bedroom, bathroom and living area. The bathroom was shower over a bath, sink, toilet and bidet. It functioned as needed. With soap, shower gel and shampoo. The bath towels were plenty big enoughx2,hand towelsx2 and a bath mat.The bedroom had a wonderful comfy king-size bed, bedside cupboards with seperate lights and switch to turn off the main light. A double wardrobe, 2x chairs and a suitcase table. TV was in the bedroom but, never used it. The living area had a pullout sofa bed, large coffee table, fridge, TV and desk. The a/c worked fine for when we needed it given the time of year we went. The flooring was traditional tiles. We never used this hotel as a base to go do the usual tourist things, we checked out what there was around the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat and very reasonable. Local convenience shops and only a short walk to Gueliz centre and again ashort walk to M Avenue. The staff at the hotel are fantastic and cannot do enough to help. We would especially like to thank Bachir as he let us look at other rooms that the hotel offered as we were impressed and considered returning. Youssef showed us around other suites and that had us booking our next trip to stay before we even left. We loved the roof terrace and it was comfortable enough to sunbathe on the chairs. The only thing I would like is sun loungers on the roof terrace as not everyone is out all day and it would be nice to be able to sunbathe up there. Otherwise we can not fault Dellarosa at all. Lastly, Bachir goes above and beyond and is an absolute credit to the hotel.

This hotel stay was a surprise present from our boys for me and my wife. Generally it was a nice hotel, location of this hotel is very good to get around walking, At the hotel i found that only 1 or 2 personnel were able to speak adequate English. The rooms were a bit dated but were very clean. We had breakfast included and generally the selection of food for breakfast was very good. I wound like to mention TARIK especially at breakfast was excellent, once we put our food on the table and went to get our teas or coffees, he would set the table out with a cover lay the cutlery for us and if we needed anything else or more of something he would bring to us directly, also KARINA in the breakfast area was very good. Also the 2 managers were good i didn't catch there names but they were very helpful when i asked about excursions advice. The hotel has a small pool but the water was generally cold as it does not see much sun as its in between 2 high buildings. We only stayed 4 nights so we didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant so i can't say anything about it.
Generally satisfied with our stay.

There is a bar in the hotel but there is not much entertainment there, other than a little light music. However, Theatro is a night club nearby (not much in a taxi) and the french restaurant adjoining Theatro and the Casin, Le Comptoire is amazing. Had the best night there with live music. Definitely a must.
