On arrival at Marrakesh airport we telephoned Mohamed to tell him we had arrived and caught a taxi to "Tombaux Saadiens in the Kasba" as instructed. Mohamed was there to meet us and guide us through the alleyways to his Riad. There he sat us down and provided us with mint tea. He then showed us our room which was...

We stayed here for seven nights and glad we did! Because it is a small riad, you get star treatment. Mohammed, the owner was wonderful from start to finish. He welcomed us with lots tea and even invited us to dinner with a personal guest of his. We had the most amazing tagine ever! Mohammed guided us through the madness...

We enjoyed 4 days exploring the madness of Marrakesh and were able to return to the sanctity of Riad El Farah to recharge our batteries each night. Mohammed, the owner was helpful and charming and we managed to communicate quite well in English with a little French. Nothing was ever too much trouble and for first time visitors he was...

We stayed here for 4 nights last week and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. It is a small property, with only 4 rooms, and a lovely roof terrace. It is a 10 minute walk from the central square, and about 5 minutes to the Saadian tombs and other attractions. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and even managed to...

Riad al Farah was a disappointing stay living with the owner, it was not a hotel but felt like an invasion of his personal home space everything you asked was simply said as this not a hotel but a house. Which made it very hard to approach owner and ask for anything? And all he did was cry about air...

We came to Marrakesh as 2 couples and enjoyed 4 nights in Riad El Farah. Mohammed met us where the taxi eventually dropped us off. (The taxi did not appear to know the area) luckierly we had a mobile so he could speak directly to Mohammed to direct him. We opted for the 2 more expensive rooms but were a...

This Riad had beautiful and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, a short walk to the Kasbah and about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square and souks. But it was also peaceful, so we could relax on the roof terrace and enjoy the tranquility as well. The hotel staff (Mohamed and Nicole) were very hospitable, friendly and offered...

The peaceful Riad was ideally located in the heart of Marrakech’s old city and was a pleasure to stay in thanks to the owner, Mohamed’s, hospitability. Upon our arrival he lead us through the busy streets and drank a delicious cup or two of mint tea. Despite the language barrier (given that we only spoke English and the odd word...

Very small (5 rooms) and beautiful place to stay! The most important thing is that it's quiet and you can easily rest and chill out in it. The food is very good (we had only breakfast - always the same and very simple but actually this is exactly what you need there). Once we ate dinner in this Riad (cooked...

We had a wonderful stay at Riad El Farah. The owner Mohamed made us feel very welcome. He gave us great advice about places to see and eat. It is a lovely well restored building but difficult to find in the maze of narrow streets. Mohamed made such a difference to our enjoyment of Marrakech.
