This review is going to seem very negative after all the positive reviews; however I think that guests are not revealing the entire truth or are just being blinded by the oasis of calm behind the grubby streets and walls outside. The pick up from the airport arranged by the hotel (€15) was uneventful. Arrival at the Riad is somewhat...

Riad Zaouia 44 is a perfect place to be in Marrakech! A Oase in de city. Momo is a perfect host and take care of all the things you need. He gives us a warm welcome and was very helpfull. In the Riad you can order a lunch. We did that one day and it was delicious. The Riad has...

I stayed here for 4 nights in October with 2 other friends. The 3 of us stayed in the Small Patio Suite which was gorgeous. The riad is gorgeous - it's traditional but has a modern design. Breakfast was included (breads, eggs, pancakes, coffee and OJ). It is slightly further out from the souks and main square, but that was...

Truly beautiful, nice, awesome Riad in the medina of Marrakech. The interior is absolutely gorgeous. Not only in the rooms, but also the garden, rooftop, everything. I stayed there for 5 days with a friend and we both loved it since we also had great "neighbors" and we felt very comfortable. The staff is also very nice, especially Momo is...

My partner and I visited Marrakech as our first holiday together. We had an amazing time! Riad Zaouia 44 was absolutely stunning! Looked tiny from the outside, but once you walk in, it is enormous! Everything is clean, the staff; Mohammad & MoMo are very helpful and made us feel at home! :) The views of the riad from the...

We had the most amazing week. Perfect location, beautiful pool and garden, amazing suntop roof and the rooms were gorgeous. Mohammad greeted us on our first night and gave us great tips for walking around, he also made a great mint tea for us all. Food was great! (slightly more expensive than in the medina but definitely worth it!) We...

Zaouia 44 is an impressively renovated Riad, with layers of history associated with its story. Our stay was made very comfortable by it's charming staff, while the space provided much needed respite from the bustling medina. I enjoyed the contemporary style of its interior and found the Riad clean at all times. I would stay here again and will recommend...

I had an amazing stay at Zaouia 44, very friendly staff, incredible rooms: classic but with a modern touch. Good location, very clean (!), small and cozy pool area inside the Riad. Maybe one of the best places I've stayed so far.

We stayed in Zaouia 44 for a week in april and enjoyed it very much. The personel was super friendly and it was very quiet (of course apart from the 5 times daily prayer which we saw as an experience). The breakfast was light (bread, butter, jam, pancakes, tea+coffee, freshly squeezed OJ). Zaouia 44 is about 15-20 min. walk from...
