This is a lovely little riad with amazingly friendly staff. The terrace is beautiful and tranquil. A little cold in February at times but the riad doesn't control the weather. The room was tranquil and the bed was so comfortable. The room smelt a little musty but open the windows to air it out and it's fine. Be aware there are a lot of stairs (it's an old building) but that's part of the charm. The staff were so lovely and helpful it's worth mentioning twice. From phoning the taxi company to having some mint tea in the evening. A really lovely place to stay.

I stayed here in January 2020. Located within the walled city of Marrakech, this is a boutique hotel with lovely rooms. It's quiet and peaceful, even though it's located steps away from the souk. The main plaza - Jama El f'na is about a 10 minute walk, as is Koutoubia Mosque. I scheduled a hammam and massage, and it was wonderful. I also had dinner at the hotel twice, and they were the best meals I had in Marrakech. The staff were very friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations to make our stay special. Marwan, Tufik, and Hannan were especially attentive and really made the visit wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I spent 3 days at the wonderful Riad in January on my first girls weekend away in many years. The Riad arranged our transfers to and from the hotel both the taxi and also a member of staff to meet us and accompany us on the short walk to the Riad. We were met with amazing hospitality of tea and fresh pastries while we checked in. Hannan the Manager was always warm and friendly and gave us lots of information on where to go and excursions etc. The Riad itself is beautiful with large spotlessly cleaned rooms and bathrooms. There is always complimentary water in the rooms. Breakfast is very good with fresh coffee, breads and pancakes served wherever you prefer. We enjoyed to have it on the sunny roof terrace each day even if a little chilly in January.the Riad is in the perfect location as were able to explore the whole city on foot. We also did an open top bus tour and camel ride which was fabulous. For our last night Hannan recommended a restaurant hidden in a Riad 5 minutes walk away with the most wonderful fine dining with live music and belly dancing show. We loved our stay in Marrakesh and I can't wait to return and show my family this wonderful city and when we do I would not hesitate to stay in Riad dar saad again!

Hannan and her team could not have made it a more wonderful stay for us. We rented the entire Riad for my 40th birthday and everyone working here was so incredibly kind, helpful, fun, friendly and accommodating to us all - a party of 17 people between the ages of 3 and 73! My husband and I have stayed in Marrakech on about 5 occasions over the years and I must say that this was the best riad we have ever stayed in. I cannot over-express how lovely the people are here. The riad itself is stunning, stylish with amazing rooms and hugely spacious, with a wonderful roof terrace. it was lovely and warm during the day and then cosy at night with the fires roaring! The position of the riad is just amazing - so easy to get around and it feels incredibly safe. the food we had for a huge dinner at the riad on the Saturday night was absolutely wonderful - some of the best food we have ever eaten in Marrakech.we slept better here than at home!! you hear nothing outside and the rooms are very peaceful and luxurious. There are many beautiful places to stay in this city - it is true, but you will not so easily find people as kind and genuine in spirit as Hannan, Said, Talfiki and jihad - they were like family to us all. we will certainly be returning!! in the mean time we wish you all at riad dar saad a very happy year!! with love from Amy and Kacey and the family xxxx

As far as Riads go, this was a good one. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean everyday. Place was quiet. Location is in the Médina but close to the exit which actually is important. We were greeted with mint tea and sweets.
