Had the opportunity to stay in this elegant riad. Traditionally furnished, with cool rooms and comfortable beds and nice rooftop garden. The staff was polite and helpful, they even offered to prepare our breakfast very early in the morning, as we left for trips. It is a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina streets, but... More

After booking and prior to arrival, communication with this Riad went ignored. The riad is apparently owned by a lady who lives there but takes no part in the operation, leaving details to her local assistant, Ahmed, who is very responsive to requests. The proprietress either speaks only French or chooses to not communicate in any other language. The rooms... More

The Riad is well located, on a large street where you can park the car when you have one. The building is nicely restored and very peaceful. The room was big, beautifully decorated, but a little dark and with a smell of old furniture. Ahmed speaks English and he is very nice and helpful.

We stayed in this wonderful little Riad for four nights. The Riads rooms are authentic and are quite large. There is a nice sunny terrace on top. To top it all off there is a wonderful french inspired breakfast with croissants, strawberries, and more. The hostess (Madame Vivienne) and staff are very friendly and helpfull in every aspect. The Riad... More

We've only stayed for one night, but out of our two weeks in Morocco, this was one of the most beautiful rooms we've had, and by far the best breakfast, with fresh fruit and everything. Since we were travelling by car, the guarded parking lot right across the street was very convenient, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.... More

The hotel is a beautiful place, very nicely decorated with an authentic Moroccan feel. The staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming. All was very clean and tidy, they served us a fantastic breakfast every morning at the time we wanted in the rooftop terrace. It's well located, very close by to the main square and we enjoyed walking around... More

We stayed for 4 nights in November. Absolutely fantastic riad, couldn't have asked for a more brilliant location close to everything in the Medina. We loved the area. After our stay here, we stayed a different more expensive riad on the north side of the Medina, but Riad Massiba was much much better located. We would recommend visiting Kosybar which... More

The Riad and Ms. Vivienne the owner offered us a relaxing and beautiful home away from home. Unlike a hotel, the Riad only has 5 rooms so every guests are treated with personal touch more like a family. We liked the excellent service staff, Ahmed was very warm and helpful. He indulged us and taught us how to make the... More

My first contact was Ahmed who was friendly and very helpful the entire stay. The room was nice authentic with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious Moroccan style included in my rate. The quiet location away from the noise but short walk and you were in the center of the hustle bustle. I highly recommend this riad!

The Riad Massiba is much more than a guest-house, the owner Vivienne and the kindly staff Ahmed are so careful, warm-hearted, helpfull, kindly and always served Ahmed us fresh mint tea. The Riad is an really relaxing place. The Riad Massiba is a really welcome place, in the middle of marrakech. The Building has an traditional style with 4 guest-rooms... More
