During our stay in Riad Jaouhara we found the property is very good and their hospitality is fabulous and helpful. Staff is very friendly and informative. Room in Riad Jaouhara is very nice and we loved it so much. We were in Fez to attend the music festival, we highly recommend it, it is very well position in the center...

Arriving in the Fez Medina from the train station is a bit of a shock, the chaos of the taxi drop-off and the bustle of the Medina itself. Luckily the hotel is less than 50 m from the taxi stand and Abdul("Ali") appeared magically to help with the bags and get us settled into this overwhelmingly beautiful Riad. The courtyard...

We were in Fes for three days in August and were so grateful to be staying at Riad Jaouhara. We were the only guests as it is the slow season and loved sitting in the courtyard watching swallows circle overhead. They upgraded our room to a lovely suite with gorgeous tile work and hand painting in the wooden ceiling. The...

We walked into this wonderful Riad with gorgeous courtyard and felt at home. Great location within the Midina (market place) and loved our three days there. Abdul and Mekke were amazong hosts. They were friendly, helpful and caring. I already became friends with Mekke on Facebook. Wow!!!We loved our breakfasts and our one dinner at the Riad. Whenever we needed...

This was a wonderfully hidden gem. We were near the top of the Riad and had a tiny, but great balcony where we could see the sunset, hear the call to prayer and felt like we were in Aladdin. The staff was gracious and helpful and in our opinion had the best mint tea in Morocco. Dinner was provided one...

We stayed here for four days and it was fine. The riad is in a lovely old building with a nice garden but they really need to do some upgrades. The people who worked there were very nice and the location was great. But, the shower constantly flooded, the tub jets didn't work, the pillows were lumpy, the towels were...

Like others, we stayed here with Experience It tours. Its a great location, right near the tour operators headquarters, and we got to meet them there. The room is right in front of the souk, the 'maze' of shops. The food was fantastic, and what a great room. We got some bad luck here, because of my height. The room...

Fes is an amazing City and Riad Jaouhara is the perfect compliment to Fes. Abdul, Zohara and Mohammed are the perfect hosts. They are gracious welcoming hosts. My stay in Fez was perfect as a result of their generosity of spirit and warm welcome to their Riad. The Riad is a small exquisite jewel in an amazing Moroccan City. I...

My husband and I spent 2 nights here on a recent trip with Experience It! tours. We were treated with great warmth and hospitality so it felt like we were staying in a friend's home.
