We had a great time with the whole place available only for our group retreat. The Riad is perfectly located in the upper side of the Medina, in a short walk from the main shopping streets and sights of interest like the Blue Gate, Madrasa Bou Inania, and more. Thank you Hicham, Fatiha, Zacarias, and Nahima for the authentic hospitality in this beautiful riad!

Some webs rate this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor are too hot, even in April. Those in the terrace level may be hell. In short, considering the fares, choose another place to stay. ps. All this lack of professionalism is consistent with the first problem we had with the riad, they overbooked and ask me to cancel the reservation. Only thanks to Expedia pressure they accept to keep our booking. Bad idea anyway...

Room Tip: Book elsewhere. If has to be here, only the groundfloor room in warm season. Don't forget earplugs.

You will get amazed with the beautifully decorated hall inside the Riad au 20 jasmin. Zakariya and Hicham were amazing hosts and really made us feel welcome and at home. They suggested us two great tour guides for inside and outside the medina that really took our trip to another level. The hosts really made sure we were happy and being taken care of. The riad was only 5 min away from one of the medina's main streets. We definitely recommend this riad for an authentic and familiar experience in Fes.

Au vingt Jasmins & Spa is a wonderful riad that just opened not far from the first riad Au ving Jasmins! Aycha, the owner, is a moroccan architect who entirely designed these 2 magic places respecting the local traditions: a great success! We were very well welcomed by her team all along our stay. The riad location is perfect to discover the medina without being disturbed by the noice during the night. We also had delicious moroccan food for dinner! A very nice way to discover Fes and its traditions: I highly recommend this place!

Au 20 Jasmins treats you with the authentic atmosphere of a riad coupled with warm and personable service. I stayed 4 nights and I felt at home. The owner is an architect who refurbished this early 20th century house. The manager and staff are impeccable. Conveniently located near an entrance to the medina, it is easy to access and a perfect base for excursions. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was different each day and seved in the garden where the jasmins are now well above 20! The perfect way to begin a day in Fès. Meals were delicious and home style. There is no restaurant as such, but the young cook does miracles in the house kitchen. Try dinner at home before exploring the improbable restaurants in the area!

There are 20 jasmines and roses and amazing scent in the garden of the Riad! Riad Au 20 Jasmins is a very nice place for staying in Fes - good location, splendid building and rooms and professional staff. We were welcomed with mint tea and cookies, that helped us to relax after the trip. Hicham was very helpful in arrangement of excursions and very professional in service. Breakfast prepared by Fatiya was perfect and we had it in the garden of jasmines! We made a mistake not ordering the dinner here...

We spent two December days at 20 Jasmins located in Fes Medina. The initial night was chilly but only because of a problem with the central heating system. Hisham (the Riad manager) had it fixed by the next day and we were warm and cozy. We ate our dinners in the Riad (highly recommended) and enjoyed interesting home-inspired cuisine with Moroccan wine. Hisham organized a taxi tour for the periphery of the Riad at sunset one day and a terrific guide (Amina Labbar) for a half day tour within the Medina the following morning. We also really enjoyed our conversations with Aycha (the owner) who was at the Riad each morning and evening. The interior of this Riad is splendid, the most beautiful Riad we stayed at in Morocco.

This review was long overdue since I stayed there mid November 2015 and only writing this a couple of months later. Sorry Hicham... I really like the interior of the Riad and the complimentary breakfast was generous. Really near to the Blue Gate, the old market and not far from main attractions in it. The attentive caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. A place to stay if you are in doubt when searching, truly.

We stayed here for a couple of days at the beginning of April 2015 and I cannot say enough about it. It was probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. The manager's name is Isham and he was very good and accommodating. He and his staff saw to every need of my family and I. The place was clean and safe. The food was great. I can't find enough words to describe how nice this place was. If you have never stayed in a riad before, you are in for a surprise. The open courtyard and the garden are breathtaking. The decoration in the rooms is so nice. The entire presentation makes you feel like you are there in another time. There is no lack of modern accommodation, however. There is free wifi which works just fine. The place is very clean and the food was terrific. I plan on coming back to Fes and I will stay here again. If you have a problem climbing stairs, request a room on the bottom floor. The staff took care of us so well! We were greeted with mint tea whenever we arrived. They were so good to us. I love this place. It was perfect.

The wooden door of the Riad opens to reveal an absolute gem of a riad. It really feels like stepping back in time to how a Riad may have been when it was first built. It was like staying in one of the riads which have been converted into museums - all the detailing was so beautiful and felt very authentic. The location is good and the staff friendly.
