I stayed here for a week in February. We arrived rather late at night, but Hicham arranged a transfer from the airport and led us to the riad through the medina (wildly confusing for the first couple of days - getting a bit lost in the medina is a great experience!) Stepping through the door for the first time was...

I stayed in Riad Saada for a week with 7 friends and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The riad is breathtakingly beautiful on the inside, as are the bedrooms, and it was really spacious even with a big group. The roof terrace is a highlight with great panoramic views over the city. We were looked after by Hitcham, who was...

Wow! This Riad is BEAUTIFUL! And if you think the photos look great, wait until you see it in person. It's an incredible place with warm, friendly and helpful staff. Rabia (owner) and Hicham (assistant) were very responsive before and after booking. Hicham received us at Fez to walk us to the riad, and he was very helpful throughout our...

Very good service: the staff is very friendly (definitely best service I got in the whole trip in Marokko!). Nice breakfast (not the same every day) and lovely dinners. Most of the rooms are very good except for the one under the rooftop. The riad is an excellent choice for a group of 10-15 people. The rooftop offers a great view...

This riad was excellent for a big group. The inside was beautiful and the view from the roof was fantastic. We had many great moments here, and the staff was amazing and so fun! The steps were steep, but that's just good exercise :) Please stay here!

Nice location, comfortable spacious rooms, great decoration and very friendly staff. Not to mentions the great food prepared by the house cooks! I forgot my glasses along with my wedding ring. By the time I arrived at the airport, Hisham sent me a photo of my precious belongings via WhatsApp, assuring me that it was in good hands until a...

“Kids would be advised to sleep on the first floor so that they don't have to use the stairs. Between the 4 of us, we have 7 kids- and we can all agree on that. Also, all rooms have heaters so make sure you turn them on to warm the room before bed in the winter. I loved the smaller top floor room, but you have an extra flight of stairs to deal with.”

“For the reasons mentioned above, hire the whole riad. I would not advise just having a room.”

“We booked the entire Riad for our group and it was fantastic. All the rooms are pleasant. If you are going in the summer, the lower floor rooms are best as they stay cool.”
