Very good service: the staff is very friendly (definitely best service I got in the whole trip in Marokko!). Nice breakfast (not the same every day) and lovely dinners. Most of the rooms are very good except for the one under the rooftop. The riad is an excellent choice for a group of 10-15 people. The rooftop offers a great view... More

The wonder of Riad Saada reveals it self in excellent staff and beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere is so lovely thanks to Hisham and all the helpful and joyful staff. It is very well located with a beautiful view from the roof. It was a happy home for our group and made the stay in Fez truly fantastic! Highly recommended!

This riad was excellent for a big group. The inside was beautiful and the view from the roof was fantastic. We had many great moments here, and the staff was amazing and so fun! The steps were steep, but that's just good exercise :) Please stay here!

Nice location, comfortable spacious rooms, great decoration and very friendly staff. Not to mentions the great food prepared by the house cooks! I forgot my glasses along with my wedding ring. By the time I arrived at the airport, Hisham sent me a photo of my precious belongings via WhatsApp, assuring me that it was in good hands until a... More

Staff was very polite and helpful. Our host (Hicham) met us and escorted us through the winding streets to the house (dar) and helped us with organising our stay. The house was well-kept and clean, with a nice roof-terrace. Rooms overlook the common area in the heart of the house, which provides coolness and fends from the street noise. The... More

I stayed in Feb. with some friends and had a wonderful experience in no small part because of the staff. Hicham was a great source of information and a great guide through the medina, and arranged our transport to/from the airport and. He even brought us along to the souks to pick fresh ingredients for our meals and knew some... More

Three friends and I rented the entire riad in mid February. Never having been to Morocco, we were unsure what to expect. We were met at the outskirts of the old medina by Hicham, the riad manager, who swept us away through the intimidating alleyways of the ancient city. The riad is stunningly beautiful and the staff are warm and... More

Very nice riad with lovely staff and guide. Hicham was there to help us with everything, was able to answer all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable both in the riad and wandering around the medina. It was nice to chat with him to learn a little more about the area, the locals, and the culture —... More
