Location: was away from the city and touristy places, nothing walkable nearby. Property: Dim rooms giving a feel old unclean feel, especially from curtains and Arabic style sitting area in the room. Bed was just about ok. Air conditioning was the awful part, throughout the hotel and it was pretty hot (around 40 degrees), disastrous! Facilities: they have a good... More

I really liked this hotel. The lobby was beautiful, and the rooms had character. My favorite part was the smoky bar. Although I'm not into smoke, it was dark and atmospheric. Good wine with free bar snacks. As a woman by myself, I felt a bit out of place, but that kind of added to the experience. The hotel wifi... More

Great lobby, beautiful patio and pool, that's where it stops. This place needs a huge overhaul in its management and maintance .Front desk not too concerned with guest concerns. Wi-Fi only good at front desk,10 feet away it fades. Went to front desk and said toilet won't stop running, girl at desk seemed very unconcerned, come back to room after a very hot day... More

We stayed as part of a tour. For a 4 star hotel it was very disappointing. Ramadan meals took preference so breakfast and dinner were in a depressing room. I don't like to be told where to sit by a waiter when the whole place is empty. Hotel is fgar away from everything so no where to walk to in... More

We stayed here as part of the Cosmos tour. The hotel is large but dark and dingy, especially downstairs where the massages are. The breakfast was very average- not enough fruit. My room was small but quiet as requested. The entrance is quite attractive.

We stayed here as part of a Archers/Cosmos tour and although the hotel was good the plumbing for the toilets and shower were a bit haphazard and could do with some improvement. As it was Ramadan service in the restaurant at lunchtime was a little slow. Food excellent at breakfast and buffet dinner was good. Excellent pool but needed more... More

This hotel was chose for us as part of a 5 day 4 night tour we were on in Morocco. It was nice enough, especially the pool, but it was really far away from things we were doing with the group, and the rooms were just ok. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was not good... More

The hotel displays a beautiful example of Moroccan architecture in the interiors. The pool and the balconies provide pleasant environments to relax. The reception is a bit dark but the rooms are very well maintained. The location is a bit far away from the center, but apparently there is a nice mall nearby, which unfortunately I could not visit, since... More

A little out of town but close to a mall, large rooms and beds, dark corridors sometimes the auto lights dont come on in time. The pools are great, wifi even works at the reception end. Breakfast and dinner were alright, what you would expect. All in all a very nice hotel. We stayed with a tour group.

Stayed two nights as part of a tour, thought the place comical: the half-functioning elevator, the rude and contradictory instructions from staff, the quick removal of bags from the bus to a remote and unidentified part of the hotel where no one in the group was staying. 'Where may we find towels to use at the (outdoor) pool?' First staff... More
